I had issue with last repair work of AC system done by Airco. I was then able to talk with service manager to address my concerns which were then resolved.

We just had maintenance done but Arturo is awesome. Awesome personality. Kept me updated with the numbers while he was working. If we weren't loving to another state he would be the tech I would ask for every time.

Micaiah Lilly is wonderful technician and he took care of my HVAC system in record time. He investigated all the aspects of my system and patient enough to explain me everything that I need to know. I would recommend Micaiah and AirCo.
Alex is always prompt, friendly and professional. He has been at my home 3 times for repair and maintenance of my a/c system. He’s knowledgeable and resolved my issues. I always request him for my service call.

My service Tech Micaiah Lilly was amazing ! Promptness 10/10, Knowledge 10/10, Personality/Professionalism 10/10. Thought my compressor was going bad with minimal cooling. Micaiah quickly did a full system check and I didn't even need a Freon recharge.The issue was an over cooling a sensor in the air handler, and with some simple tips and adjustment to a thermostat. Everything is back to good! Thank you Micaiah and AirCo.
We have been waiting over a week to get our 2 year old a/c fixed. We spent a pretty penny on 2 brand new units and other work just 2 years ago (June 2021). We had the technicians out shortly after our systems were installed due to issues. Again that winter. And yet again the next summer (June 2022). Once again we are having problems. We called on a Minday and they said they couldn't come out until Thursday. Thursday came and went (we got a text late in the evening that they couldn't make it and need to reschedule). They finally came out Friday and told us that there is a wiring issue and they would be back to fix the problem and told us the amount. We talked to someone in the office that day and we were told that a supervisor would be reaching out to us. Saturday comes along and no call. We call again. This time we were told that a supervisor will call us BY MONDAY. We called again Monday and had to leave ANOTHER message and they finally called. We were told they would be out to fix it the next day (Tuesday, which is today, OVER A WEEK after our original call). Upon waiting ALL day, we call again (the 1st time) at 5:50pm. We were told they were still coming. Over 2 hours later, still nobody and no call for an update. I called once again 2+ hours later just to get a text saying they will have to reschedule AGAIN!!! And now I am waiting for a call back from the technician about a time. I have a feeling, that call isn't coming.
Ricardo did a great job. He explained what the issue was with our HVAC system, was quick and thorough in fixing the issue, and professional throughout the entire process. I’d high recommend him
