Our AC stopped working and lucky for us they sent Robby Dollar our way. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Initially he had to order a part for us, he didn’t think it would arrive until Saturday, meaning we wouldn’t have AC until Monday. He went above and beyond by calling in if the part had happened to come in early and it did! He called us immediately and came over to fix it. He work a little after hours but he did it with a smile. Thank you for hiring such great team members.
Robby Dollar came and fixed my AC unit and he never disappoints! I would prefer him come out for all our future calls and maintenance! He’s the BEST!
Overall great experience! Made a call mid-morning and Patrick was so great to work with later that same day. Having just moved into our home, he identified that our 2018 HVAC system was never fully stocked with coolant. He was able to address the issue, walked us through our HVAC system, recommendations for routine care, and educated us on best practices. He was a very polite, friendly, and confident specialist who was on time and fairly priced. Within hours our A/C was noticeably more responsive and we give Patrick the credit. We plan on using 1st Choice Air Solutions again with a by-name for Patrick, and recommend he/them to anyone with HVAC needs!
So far I'm very pleased with the responsiveness of this company. The office called me with frequent status updates on when to expect the technician. Robby came out and was very thorough and professional.

Robby Dollar was outstanding when our AC went out. He was prompt, got right to work to find the problem, explained our options, and was so pleasant to deal with. We signed up for a membership and asked if he could specifically be our technician. He was great! Thank you Robby!
Patrick did a great job. He was very thorough and wasn't pushy with repair suggestions. I requested Patrick on future service calls.
Robby came out today and ran maintenance on our units. He advised me to add some safety features to our system ,which I did. Robby set me up on a Maintenance Plan, so now he will keep my units preforming correctly and I don’t have to remember to call. Thanks Robby and 1st Choice!
Abiel diagnosed our damper problem, identified some other issues, completed the repairs promptly and professionally. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our first experience with 1st Choice Air Solutions was a grand slam! We signed up for annual maintenance because we are so pleased with the customer service. Hard to find these days!

Technician Robbery was great. Told me upfront how the installers didn’t install my brand new AC unit properly went back to my house twice within one evening to fix the problem. World-class technician.
Abiel had a very difficult job to do and persevered and found our source of the problem, which was a leak. He and 1st Choice are very honest and reputable!

Robby Dollar was by far the best tech we have had work on our new house! He found so many different areas that the builder shortcut and helped us have the evidence to file our warranty properly.
Patrick and 1st Choice were great to work with from the start. Sent a message late at night after our AC unit wasn’t working. Called first thing in the morning and had some out out by 830 am the next day! No crazy prices or wild up sells. Straight to the point, courteous, professional and and friendly. Patrick went above and beyond and even fixed an issue we had in our sons room regarding a duct issue. We joined their monthly membership that includes bi-annual service/tuneup and will be using them for any other HVAC issues we may have.
Tech Robby was top-notch - professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Company pricing seemed steep relative to the amount of time the work took to complete.
Rafael is an excellent AC tech, he found the problem very fast. Then he was able to explain the cause, and the repair was easy. He came after normal business hours, even topped us off with coolant.
