Cole Shaun was great my grandad said he’s bought two a/c and heating units from this company and he is very pleased with both installations. One a year ago and one just recently and he gives y’all an A+ rating, great people and very knowledgeable. Very customer friendly! He highly recommends them to anyone in need of A/C or heating work.
I had my Air conditioner problems middle of Texas heat wave. I tried my luck with my warrenty company assigned servicer. They did not have any appointments available for next 5 days. My defeated self started to google and found Sudden Service. I sent generic message, and immidiately received a call from them. Appointment was scheduled within few hours, and Shaun was at home 40 minutes before the appointment. He diagnosed the problem within few minutes and fixed the issue withinnext few more. He also provided preventative care for the condenser and explained the need of routine preventative cares. He is friendly, professional, expert and caring. You all who need AC or heating services - I highly reccommend trying Sudden Services once. I will be surprised if you don't like them. Sudden service for your sudden problems!
Cole was friendly and knowledgeable. My a/c problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Great service and a great experience! I highly recommend this company.
Long story short. I got screwed. Every time this company came out to service, I owe them money. So I quit using them. My system went out, called 2 other companies, and said I didn't get what I paid for. My buddy recommended Sudden services. They pretty much said the same thing. I went with the company because they are a small outfit. Shaun took the time to educate me on how the system works and how to keep it running tip top. From listening to Shaun I could tell this company has integrity, and pride. They look out for the best interest of the customer, and not to make an extra dime, like I do for the company I work for. My system was repaired and I look forward to doing business with them again. As long as it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. So at least call these guys to come out and check your system, I don't think you'll be sorry. (Was it short?)
Our AC quit working. I called Sudden Service and they sent a technician to our home the same day. The tech, Richard, determined the issue, make the appropriate repairs, explained the repairs to us in terms we could understand, all in one trip. Extremely professional. Pricing was fair. Will definitely use them again.
I really liked that our technician called to let us know his eta. Our technician was super patient with our questions, explained everything to help us understand what was going on and to help us decide the best plan of action. I would highly recommend!
Richard and Cole found the Freon leak and replaced the bad coil, replaced a mini split head unit in the living room with a different type that works much better, and recharged the system.
Incredible experience. Courtney did a great job responding to my inquiry and got me setup with a tech quickly. The tech called me on his way and was there when he said he would be. Did a fantastic job fixing the unit and communicating throughout the process. They have a customer for life!

Poor quality of service..... not only do these guys have to come back to redo mess ups after a new install..... but they leave messes everywhere for you to clean up. Just no pride in their work. And no professionalism.

This was my first time using this company, I had seen it in my neighborhood, the reviews were great and I needed them to check my outside ac condenser since it was not cooling. I called today around 2pm and was greeted by Courtney in which she let me know they could be here within 10 minutes which I was thankful it could be so quick with many ac companies being really busy due to the summer season and high volume but it was not the case. This company was the first company I called I had other numbers just in case. Richard called me letting me know they were heading this way. Richard and cole were very nice and friendly. They cleaned my outside condenser and did maintenance on it since it had been a couple of years that we had not done it. They made some recommendation with insulation and provided me a free quote within minutes and with the coil cleaning it felt so much cooler after it. Great service, paperless 😀 yay! Great company and great workers. It was such a great experience. Will be using in the future and reasonable prices especially during this time where prices are escalating. Thanks again!
Our technician, Rolando, was very prompt, courteous and professional. He answered my questions and explained the minor repairs that were needed. Highly recommended.

Richard and Cole arrived and fixed our A/C very promptly. They were very professional to work with and communicated with us about the issue. Not to mention it’s currently 104° out so we appreciate their hard work. We will definitely be using them for any future needs and repairs.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. What amazing service! Our ac wasn't working in our guest house and we needed it fixed asap. Called Sudden Service and they were here in less than an hour! Shaun was super friendly and able to find and fix the issue and all at a very reasonable price. Such a rare find we will be using them for all our ac needs here on out.
Can't be happy enough with my service from Richard and Cole, we had bad circulation in our bedroom ever since we moved in 2 years ago, they were able to identify the problem and fix it within a week! We are now cool in the hot summer nights and sleeping soundly. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!
