Came home from work to find my indoor temperature at 89F. Called every company I could and none answered. I was about to give up when Paul called around 7:00 PM and said he had a guy wrapping up nearby. Don was able to stop by within 30 minutes and even texted me he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem as a refrigerant leak and also gave me a quote and payment options for a recommended fix. I decided to top up the system for now since it is just the start of summer. I will most likely call them again when it comes time to replace the A/C system.
I have done business with Complete Cool Air and have been extremely pleased with their service through the years. They installed my unit 10 years ago . Paul gave me a great deal on my unit and the seasonal check up plan has been a huge savings for me. If something is beginning to be a problem it’s caught early and handled so no major issues during a peak time. I have dealt with Paul and Don for years and have always been struck by their professionalism and friendliness. I will continue my business with them and highly recommend to anyone else!!
My 2 year old unit went out on me at 130 am on a Tuesday. I called the installer of the unit, berkeys to request a technician under my "expedited" service agreement that I paid for at the time of the install . Berkeys told me it would be 7 business days before they could send a tech out. The customer service rep also told me that my "expedited" service agreement was worthless since all their customers purchase the same expedited service agreement. Since I'm a senior citizen and the temps that Tues and for the rest of the week we're over 100F, that was not an option. I called complete cool air, who sent a tech out that day to diagnose the problem and get my AC running again. I highly recommend Complete Cool Air, especially if your AC goes out during extreme temperature weather events.
Great group of folks. If you can't work with these guys you can't work with anyone. They are smart, friendly and concerned about their customers. I had a system installed in 2009 and since then I have been very happy.
We have always had fantastic service. Don is very knowledgeable I feel that our unit works well due to the great maintenance.

Paul and Alex were prompt and professional. Before we decided to replace our heat pump, the repairs that were made were quick and easy. The system was 20+ years old so we decided to do a complete changeover. Paul helped us properly size our unit and planned the demolition of the old system along with the installation of the new. The process was very easy and Complete Cool was in and out in a half day! I was able to get to work and salvage some of the time that I’d anticipated being off. This is the 2nd home that Paul has changed my HVAC in. The work and service was great. I even had Complete Cool come to my place of business and replace 2 cooling systems on our roof! Again, prompt response with clear, concise instructions to our staff. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your indoor air quality needs.
The initial inspection was very complete. Everything was explained, including payment options. No pressure to use their services. The installation went excellent. If asked, I will refer my friends to us Complete Cool Air. Inspection on Monday, Installation on Wednesday. Great Services.
2x per year maintenance service is top level and for fair price. Definitely will use for future service needs.
