nice company professional, attention to detail.
Our A/C went out during 100+ temps. Marcus was the tech that showed up exactly when our appt was scheduled for. He immediately diagnosed the problem & had our A/C running again very quickly. He was very polite & professional the entire time. Would recommend Shirley Air to anyone having hvac problems.

Air ducts were cleaned throughout the house. An excellent job by Josh. He was polite and respectful as he explained everything he was going to do during this service. Showing me before and after pictures. He finished up by cleaning all the ceiling air vents too. I’ll request Josh in the future.
I thought my inside unit had died. They scheduled a tech to come out same day. Turns out my thermostat battery was dead. The tech checked over the test of my system and made sure that it was coming properly. Shirley AIR will always be who I call for service.
Shirley Air sent someone out to diagnose our issue and start repair late in the day due to the nature of our problem. Then sent out another guy a couple of days later to finish the repair. They were thorough, punctual, and very polite and courteous. Greg was nice to talk to and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I will happily use Shirley Air for any future repairs or maintenance.
My AC wasn’t cooling or blowing efficiently. They came out quickly, identified there was a clog in the drain line and cleared it. Thank you for your amazing service!

I have had really bad experiences with other companies, so I researched extensively and found Shirley Air. The reviews were so great, I thought I’d give them a try. I am so glad I did. Marcus really put me at ease. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me tips for taking care of my AC. He didn’t try to upsell me, and he very well could have. I will definitely use Shirley Air for my AC and heater needs. I recommend you do so as well.

Very highly satisfied with Shirley Air. After numerous calls to numerous companies with either a no show or no response, someone recommended we call Shirley Air. Their customer service representative was very professional and put us in touch with dispatch right away. They scheduled our maintenance call and worked us in to the schedule the same week. Marcus showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. We will definitely use Shirley Air for all of our maintenance needs.
