Barton Creek A/C showed up quickly and fixed our system. Very impressed with the knowledge and quality of their work. I would highly recommend them.
We were on another company's "preferred customer" maintenance plan (to the tune of $180/yr) and they let us down, leaving us without a working AC system in 100° heat without so much as a return call for two days straight. Yet, Johnny at The Barton Creek AC Company came out within 4 hours of my call on a busy weekend. He had the issue diagnosed and resolved within 20 minutes. He also inspected my system for other issues while he was here, making suggestions regarding how we could head off future issues. I will definitely call this company for HVAC work and maintenance in the future.
Johnny arrived on time (same day!) and was able to repair a broken capacitor in no time. Super friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure our AC was happy!
Happy to have found these guys! Johnny was able to get out quickly and diagnosis my issue. He also hunted down the warranty claim for what needed to be fixed. Fast, friendly, and trustworthy. Hope to not see them for a while, but when needed I’ll be call these guys!
One or our 2 a/c units quit on a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and BC/AC (Eddie) had someone at our home within 20 mins! Johnny was professional, courteous, and thorough. While troubleshooting to locate the problem, he kept us informed of what he was doing as he checked the HVAC system, and educated us on the general maintenance of our a/c unit. Ultimately it was a capacitor in the a/c unit which needed replacing. Johnny was forthcoming w/the cost of the part needed and satisfied our questions related to the work done as well as informing us of other services they provided should we need them in the future. We believe in supporting local businesses and foresee using them again. Thanks Eddie and Johnny!
We had a fan stop working when we were replacing our thermostat. We saw BC A/C truck at our neighbors and asked if they had time to look. He came right over, found the problem and got us fixed up! Super friendly, and kind to come even though not on his schedule. They are fantastic.👏🏼👊🏼
Johnny Elrod (co-owner) stepped up to plate and hit a grand slam after my a/c went out and he was swamped with appts yet squeezed me in and fixed problem on same day I called!

I just want to write to say how grateful we are to have found and used Barton Creek A/C in Dripping Springs, Texas. our 21 year old heat pumps on both up and downstairs units finally gave out after the February ice storm. We called Barton Creek along with several others and got bids. First off, Johnny immediately answered his phone and came to give the bid on the day we talked to him. He went over everything related to the A/C units and went all over the attic to check the air ducts and placement of them. We had never had good airflow to our kitchen. He spent 2 hours with us explaining what he thought would work and telling us about the new units and options. After getting 3 bids we decided Barton Creek was the best. If installation is the most important part then we definitely made the right choice. Johnny, Shay and Eddie showed up exactly when they said they would. the three men worked efficiently, professionally and continuously until they finished the job. They organized the vents and out the units up in two attics with very little fuss. During the bidding process, other companies said we needed to hire a carpenter to change boards in the attic to accommodate the new units, however Barton Creek A/C had no issues fitting the units and no changes to the homes framing was made. Johnny really took the time to optimize our home to be the most efficient it could be and it has been definitely noticed as our home is so much cooler than it was ever before. If you want a company that works with your home and your A/C needs, Barton Creek A/C are the right ones for the job. We look forward to working with them in the future.

These folks are just amazing. We were out of town and our older kids were home when the main AC stopped working. They came out and took a look at it the same day. Turned out that it was a bit of user error with the thermostat. Didnt charge us anything for the call. We have also had our AC units tuned up by them in the past, and the work was fantastic. Highest recommendation I can give!

AC was not cooling Thurs. evening; I called and left message; they responsed early next morning and technician came that day. Determined that AC was dead and would need to get new one from supplier - - they called the next day to say they could be there Mon. morning. We had a new AC unit installed by that afternoon. This company responds promptly and expertly does the job that needs to be done; I highly recommend Barton Creek A/C.
I called at 8:00 am on Wed morning and had a brand new system installed and running by noon the NEXT DAY! Nothing. else needs to be said!

I had my AC fixed within an hour and half of me calling. They were so responsive and so professional. Extremely fair and reasonable prices as well. In this heat, their quick and reliable service was highly appreciated! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them!
When your ac goes out on July 4th weekend! Eddie responded on Fri evening and was there first thing next morning to get it going. So thankful for the quick response to keep us cool!!

I am so happy that I have found this company!! They are quick to respond and fixed my air conditioner for a very fair price!! Left a message Sunday afternoon and had a return phone call first thing Monday and fixed by 9:30 in the morning. Will definitely use them again!
