From beginning, said would call to confirm diagnostics appointment Never happened, less than professional technicians arrived whenever. Called repeatedly to schedule work. this company has preferred client list and ignores the rest. DO NOT USE!!!!

Our A/C went out over Easter Weekend but luckily Hill Country A/C was able to work us in on Monday. I called several of the big name companies and they were all booked until Wednesday or later. I spoke with the owner first thing this morning and he had a crew here by noon. They were very polite and courteous and had our A/C cooling again within 20 minutes. Great service!!! THANK YOU!!!
Larry is the man. During the Feb 2021 freeze our furnace stopped working. Larry answered the phone at 1:30 am and walked me through some trouble shooting to no avail. He came out the next day despite the roads being covered in ice and started figuring things out. It was a complicated repair with multiple components having failed. Our furnace was only 4 years old and the heat exchanger was cracked. Big repair. Larry took care of reaching out to the manufacturer and getting the warranty coverage on the cracked heat exchanger. His rates were fair and he was so helpful and kind during a crazy week. Not a day has gone by during these 2022 freezes that I have not appreciated all of Larry's hard work and our furnace that has worked perfectly through it all. I highly recommend Hill Country A/C!
On a 30 degree day Larry came within a half hour and saved the day. Super friendly, responsive, fair prices, and highly recommend!

Great emergency service, quick and professional
3rd time's the charm. We had 2 other companies that charged an arm and a leg to fix our A/C, and didn't. Nobody else noticed that our thermostat was the big problem. I highly recommend you try Hill Country A/C Solutions.
Called at 4:30 pm on a Sunday as our AC stopped working. Came out within 2 hours and quickly fixed our unit. Could not be happier or more appreciative of such great service, especially on a weekend evening.
Made 2 attempts to have service done with this company. The first time, I was told they may get out to my job later that day depending on the workload of emergency calls. Never showed up. I called them again. Set the date for following Monday but again, they never showed up or called. Today, I received call from them but too late. We found someone else.
Unresponsive and unprofessional. Left my wife waiting in a hot house with no working AC on two separate occasions with a no call no show at the committed time.
Great service, they came really fast got the job done and it was not that expensive. I would like to give kudos to the technicians that came to my home. They are very professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work.
A/C went out in the middle of the night and we called Hill Country A/C around 6:30am. They had a tech out by 8:30am and cool air was flowing by 9am! Highly recommend.
Will never call anyone else for AC repairs. Called two other places first and no one could come until next week (it’s over 100 degrees). Called Hill Country at 5pm (closing time on a Friday) and Larry said he could stop by after his last call which he was still at. Within 15 minutes Larry had our AC unit back up and running again! Larry was friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable and fast! Thanks Larry, you are our hero this week!!!
