(Red flag)Requires pre pay for service. Then no showed. No updates on scheduling. Refused to call me back on multiple occasions. Business showed no concern about customer service.
Joe and his team were amazing in replacing our furnace. Not only were they competent and professional, they were attentive and friendly, making sure they answered our million questions and that we felt confident with the product. Highly recommended!
I cannot thank the Team at Vincent Heating And Cooling Enough for the fast and professional service. At 10:30 after arriving home to find no heat on a night when it was to get to the single digits we were very relieved to have the team show up fast, fix our problem within 15 minutes and be out the door. Thank you so much. Anyone who needs something in the HVAC Field would be doing a disservice to themselves to go anywhere other than Vincent Heating And Cooling.
These guys worked very hard to help determine a possible furnace problem for me. They took their time to make sure that everything was okay and safe. They kept me updated throughout the process and took their time to listen to my concerns. It was a great experience all around.I will highly recommend them.
The technicians that did the installation were nothing short of amazing. They were polite and left our basement cleaner then he got there. We installed this 2 months ago and we got our rebate just the other day. They did exactly what they promised they would do.
James is outstanding. I called and he was here fast. He did everything the tenants wanted and more. I feel better now giving the home over to the new tenants with peace of mind. Will continue utilizing their services.
James came out the very next day even though they were really busy to fix our AC which had been out for two days with temps in high 80's. Very professional and explained all of our options with extremely reasonable prices. During the repair he injured himself and needed stitches in his finger but he just wrapped it up and kept working. I would highly recommend this company and we have used the big boys of the industry and they were awful.

From the person that came out and located the problem with my unit, to the sales person that came and present new units to me to the team that did the installation of my new unit was a great experience. James was a pleasure to work with. He was skilled at his job. He explained everything he did in a way I could understand. He was personable and friendly. Great representative of Vincent Heating And Cooling. He alerted me to a problem with the tankless water heater and arranged for a plumber to come out and fix it.I really like him.
James and the whole Vincent Heating And Cooling teams were wonderful. James helped us when our HVAC failed this summer and steered us in the right direction when finding a new furnace so we could keep our existing A/C unit. Everyone was responsive and helpful. The installation crew spent all day and the following day making sure that the new system was up and running. I highly recommend them.
