Our heat went out the day an ice storm. Was scheduled to start. Our technician, Chad, worked diligently to make sure our heater was working before he left. He also kept us informed when a part he needed didn't arrive at the time he initially gave us. We really appreciated his hard work, and will use Temperature Pro again!
New A/C and Furnace replacement. Received a bid from TemperarurePro, was acceptable. The crew came on time on the day agreed upon. Very professionnal personnel. After the job was performed a Master technician came by for a followup. He checked that the work was done to standard. He tested the equipment, made recommendations. Very happy with the work performed. Recommended them to a friend who was very happy with their work.
I needed my whole system replaced minus the duct work. Contacted a few AC contractors and choose TemperaturePro. Mark arrived at the time he said he would be there. He looked at what I currently had and listened to what I wanted. There were a few options so I asked if he would send an email. I did receive an email with detailed information including the prices on each system. This was extremely helpful as I could look each one over closely at my leisure. The day I made my selection the office called and we made an installation day during the next week. Moe and Ethan showed up at 8 am and went straight to work. Covered the carpet and stairs with drop cloth and wore booties in the house. Two story home with the unit in the attic. Completed same day. I think the price was fair also. Overall extremely pleased.

I’ve had TP come out a few times to repair our old system, and then it came time for a replacement. We got a new system a little over a year ago and the whole process was done professionally, inspected, and some adjustments made to make it just right. We currently have regular service done, and Chad is always on time, answers any questions, and doesn’t try to sell something. I’ve entrusted them and recommended them to my daughter, and they had the same experience. Satisfied customers.
After contacting Temp Pro Dallas, Mark Johnigan provided a competitive quote. John was able to upgrade the system to 14 seer rating and save me $2000. Installation tech tech Miguel Leon was very professional, prompt. Miguel was able to run through the new system with us and able to answer our questions. Temperature Pro has continued through with all the warranty scheduled maintenance. 100% satisfied the West family

He explained things to me and gave me great suggestions. I am very impressed with this company, Temperature Pro. The guys at TemperaturePro are excellent. They do great work and have an array of solutions from top of the line to more affordable options. Whatever they provide you, it's always great value. They also help with air quality, room temperature differences, ducting, etc which has been very important to my wife with our newborn! If you need and want a quality and reliable HVAC company, TemperaturePro is where you need to go!
