Horrible customer care company ! I bought a piece of heating wire . Only a 5ft long and weigh about a pound. Written quoted for $20 freight but charged $30 freight without any explanation until I ran back to the store and argued about it. $10 would not make me rich nor United Refrigeration but for the sake of company reputation, I would refund $10 without any question if I were a company owner. However this clerk, kept on insisting "we have to cover the cost of freight, driver, gas and insurance blah blah on and on" Watch out the freight charge quotation for this company !! Technically they can charge whatever they want because "it is only an estimate". Awful customer care company !!
Great place to get all your HVAC equipment! Very helpful people that know what there talking about.
The guys there are friendly and can steer you in the right direction if needed. Excellent supply house for refrigeration and commercial stuff. Ok on the residential side. I go there often. I'm not sure if they sell to the public I'm a contractor.
Almost always has what I need.
