Great service went there for APU alternator issue, Daniel was very polite and did the work and was done after only a couple of hours. I checked in at 07:50 am.

Called with an alternator code on my tripac around lunchtime, they told me to bring it on in. Got there around 3:30, they put me in immediately, diagnosed and replaced the alternator, showed me engine mounts that were clearly worn out, had them replaced also and was rolling by 5:00pm. Problem solved. Thanks guys for all your help during times where no one seems to believe in customer service, you guys excelled at it and proved there is still good honest people in the world. 🙏🏼

APU - never seen a place like this, stopped in for APU repair on Thursday (04/06/23), spent 6 service hours to change Belt, filters and diagnose start and stop problem showing red triangle with ALT code , and the problem continues as if nothing has been done. Left all the screws on the outside of the APU case loose and missing. Charged $900.00 for nothing.

Big waste of my time. Waited 5 hours for them to tell me they didn't have the part for my fix in stock.
I'd say they are slower and pricey than expected for the job done. I had a sunction pressure sensor replacement and an ETV circuit that took a whole day and cost me $1500. My assessment of time and cost is based on other similar jobs I have had done previously in other places.
We went to this Thermo King Branch to Get Freon in reefer system. First he refused to fill freon .. then later without doing anything the guys charged USD 547. What king of service this Thermo king is providing .. is this Thermo King or Fraud King. Whats going on with these kind of Branches don’t know but they are definitely making a lot of money by frauding people where they dont even do work on some jobs .. just simply charge people for there no work.. this is totally unacceptable for Big companies like Thermo King ..
So absolutely no response to the fact that what they did effected anything!! Came to the yard sold it was a altinator, 1000 out of pocket, need to send video! $1000, and still no microwave!! Guessing is the game plan? Do not waist your time, taken over by different owners now! A complete waste of money and time!! Do not come here!!!
They don’t respect your time at all. If you don’t wait there after dropping your unit they will continue to push you to the back of the line.
