We were referred to TemperaturePro from our neighbors. Our techs were John & Brandon. Both were great! John was our first tech. He was able to diagnose our problem immediately after 3-4 tries with our home warranty company. Unfortunately, we had another separate issue arise later same day/evening and Brandon came out to service our unit again the next day around 4pm. Amazing turnaround and both were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this company if you are having unit issues or have an older home. We are very pleased with their service so far and will plan to join their membership program.
Want you to know that your technician, Brandon Springer, just repaired my A/C. He was polite, professional and quickly addressed the compressor fan issue. He even went above and beyond to check the refrigerant as I asked. I also truly appreciate the quick response time to my phone call this morning. Your company being able to respond so quickly was the reason my check was made payable to Temperature Pro Dallas rather than the other company I called. Thank you!!!
Our technician Brandon was awesome! He worked diligently and persistently to figure out the multiple issues we were facing and got them fixed quickly. They were quick to get us on the schedule during a hot Texas week and our home is feeling better than ever!
I was able to schedule directly with the technician who gave me a very accurate arrival time. Brandon was the technician who came out and he was able to diagnose and repair my outside unit within about 15 minutes!
I text Chad at 10 pm Wednesday night and by 8 am he was at my door. If he says he will be there he is. Chad has such a good attitude and just the best
My service technician today was Brandon Springer. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain things and he made good suggestions and I really appreciate that. He was very thorough and inspected the outside and inside units. I will definitely ask for Brandon again.
Chad was very professional and friendly. He arrived a few hours earlier than anticipated and was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the problem in about an hour. I have used TemperaturePro before and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an honest and friendly company.
Great experience all around. We had a complete new HVAC unit installed; moved the location from main floor to attic; had new return air vents installed; and replaced all the old duct work and vent grills. Mark and Doyle were fast and knowledgeable in assessing the situation and getting a plan for the work. They gave us a range of options and didn't pressure us on any choices. Moe and Ethan were absolutely stellar in executing the plan. They were polite and helpful, efficient, tidy, and extremely knowledgeable. (They even laughed at our jokes!) Moe was able to answer all our questions throughout and provide honest advice on what couldn't be done given the constraints of our older house and what could be done instead. They did the work in exactly the time frame estimated (three days). We would definitely recommend them.
Replaced capacitor on one system and checked both systems for coolant leaks and found none. Chad was very professional and competent as well as pleasant. Highly recommend.
Brandon was on time, listened to the problem, fixed the issue, explained the things they could lead to issues in the future. He was friendly and professional. I would use Temperature pro service for technicians like Brandon.

Mark was great and took the time to walk through options for replacement of my A/C system. Very professional! Update: Install went well and the team onsite was very professional. We found after the install we had black debris and insulation blowing out of every vent in the house (and I mean EVERY vent), which led to massive clean up for the next 48 hours as we have a small dog who likes to eat everything on the floor. Vents in the closet led to clothes being covered in debris. Not something as a customer I want to have to do is clean up. We did contact the company and was told this is "normal". My recommendation to this company is find a way to effectively ensure there is no debris after the filter and/or use some sort of mesh vent covers that you can leave on and provide guidance to the customer on removing after X days or until debris is not longer visible. Outside of this minor issue we would use them again and would recommend them to friends, coworkers, and family in the area.
From the moment I made an inquiry online to John showing up at my door, I felt extremely cared for by this company. They are thorough, customer-oriented, and affordable. Incredible customer service. And John L. is extremely hardworking and knowledgeable - every question I had he answered, and he is hilarious! I can’t wait to refer this company to all my friends!
Chad is great, his work has always been above reproach. He doesnt sell me anything I dont need and doesnt push anything on me.

I didn’t catch his name but the tall skinny older man with tattoos smelled like he had just smoked a joint . Maybe it’s just me but i would want someone high dealing with my customers I won’t be calling again. Do business’ now days not drug test before hiring? And he drives a company vehicle? That’s a liability waiting to happen.
