Cannot recommend these folks enough. We've been using them for about a year since switching over from [big name HVAC company]. They have always been timely, courteous, and professional - not trying to sell what you don't need. Just yesterday, a Saturday evening around 4:00pm, our AC went out in 98 degree weather. Toby P. was on scene, had the problem identified, and replacements made within a matter of 2-hours. Many thanks!
My realtor gave me a list of preferred heating and AC customers when I moved to Dallas from out of state and bought a new home. She noted that this company offered the best service. She also said others might cheaper, but that Strike Force was the most reliable, most professional. That sold me, and I was not disappointed. Jeff, an all-star service technician, has come to my home twice for cooling and air-flow issues, and he is professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. He took extra time to make sure I understood the issues and my options for solutions. I trust him and this company completely and found the prices to be very reasonable and the service and work to be outstanding. I wouldn't use any other company.

My outdoor unit's fan went out on a Thursday evening and Jeff was there within 15 minutes to take a look. Unfortunately the part couldn't be ordered until the morning because it was so late but, Jeff and Mary were quick to get me scheduled and the part installed the next day. Will definitely be using Strikeforce again in the future.
You know.. honking at someone after you cut them off within inches is a but ridiculous. It's morning, we all have places to go. Learn to brake and get over.
Toby, Jon, and the team are amazing. We had to get the coil to our AC unit replaced as well as a new furnace. They were quick to respond to my request, kept me in the loop the entire time, offered a competitive rate, and the team was courteous and efficient while in our house. Even though the job was more difficult than anticipated, they stayed until late to finish the job for us. I would highly recommend them for any AC or Heating issue you might have as I won't use anyone else but them.
I would highly recommend strike force, John came out and replaced our motor and got it done promptly with no hassle.
This company is the best and reliable. Don't trust anyone else. Jon is a great tech. They saved me a lot of money by not going with other companies trying to take advantage of me.

I would highly recommend Strike Force for any AC/Heating issues. We have dealt with many companies over the years, and Strike Force is the best company we have used by far. They have you scheduled within minutes (thanks Mary!), communicate in real time with updates on the arrival of the technician, and provide high quality service, even after hours! Ask for Jon as your tech. He was great to work with. He came out tonight at 10pm to fix a run start capacitor. He took his time to explain the issue and went through everything to make sure there was nothing else wrong and that the problem was completely fixed. He didn't rush in and out like your typical after hours contractor. You can tell he knows his trade well and wants the customer to be happy. A++ Service!

Fast response, accurate diagnosis, and concern that our system was repaired as soon as possible. Went the extra mile to obtain repair parts. Have called them in the past, will depend upon them in the future.
I’m a mom with a one year old who’s heat went out. My warranty company was giving me the run around and after a week I called Strikeforce. I talk to Mary and told her what was going on and she jumped right on it! Mary gave me information about my unit that was helpful and tried her hardest to find the part that I needed even when ever other company could not. Mary also stayed in touch with me with updates. I really appreciate her hard work and professionalism.
