When my AC broke down, I contacted Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning because of the reviews, and never regretted it. The tech showed up in the morning the next day and identified the problem with my mini-split a/c. Great job, fair price. I am totally satisfied with their service. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
They were very helpful showing us how to use the new system and the whole area where they worked (new pipe work had to be installed) was pristine when they finished. Terrific guys- Thanks
Jason was super efficient in handling 3 separate issues we had, the toughest one being our freezer. I thought the ice maker was leaking because I saw a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer, but he quickly diagnosed that it was a defroster issue and got it all squared away. He also helped us delay replacing our finicky dishwasher, which has draining problems sometimes, by showing me some new troubleshooting tips. And he didn't hesitate to get into our creepy crawlspace to fix a fallen air duct that was blowing free air out the door. Very happy and would hire again! I had an A/C problem, and they were able to fit me on the same day. The two-person crew were polite and professional, and most importantly, got the job done. They were wearing protective booties around the house even without asking, much appreciated. I recommend Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning based on this experience.
Don't let the lack of bad reviews fool you. They charged me a $300 "trip charge" up-front before they'd even schedule the first appointment; then they no-call/no-show'd 2 appointments in 3 days!! I'm calling my CC company for a chargeback of their BS trip charge and finding someone else. If $300 wasn't incentive enough to show up on time, I can only imagine what kind of ripoff labor costs would be if they actually did show up. 😡

After weeks of research and comparing quotes we chose Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning. Our 20+ year old furnace and A/C had to come out. The crew was courteous and efficient, laying down floor protection, checking the locations of the new appliances with me, and working to find a better placement out of the AC outside. It was the right decision.
Great services! I had a leak in my AC unit and when I called, a technician was here shortly after. He was considerate, enlightening, & even called to say he was running a little behind. He gave me great guidelines on how to maintain my AC unit as well. I would highly recommend Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning!
I have used Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning twice for quite different work involving our old hot water heating system. The company hires competent heating and plumbing specialists who are not only able to do this kind of work quickly and cost-efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
My AC went out on a hot day. I normally fix my own stuff but this one had me baffled. A pretty cool dude by the name of Kush (LOL!) arrived on time and had me up and running within an hour. I'm a man of high standards and I recommend Sheffield. Thanks for a job well done!
Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning crew installed my new HVAC system. I can truly say these guys worked as a team! It was refreshing to see how they praised each others work as they finished a task. I have found my new go to HVAC company!
Our Technician was kind and informative. He also wore shoe covers when walking through our house. He checked to make sure he was right. His inspection was extremely thorough and he taught me things I needed to know as someone who is a new homeowner and new virtually nothing about my heating system.

The tablet technology they used covered all the bases, and really let me know what was going on with my system. They were friendly, helpful, and offered me a great price, and made sure that I was satisfied. I felt like they were really communicating with me, and that they understood my needs.

Recently needed a major repair on my heating system. Contacted Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning and they reviewed what the problem was immediately and then keep me informed as to when the parts would arrive. Once the parts were in,they scheduled an immediate repair. Highly recommended.
