From being able to quickly send a text for a repair, to being able to call their after-hours crew and getting a promptly response, SWHVAC is always there to make sure your HVAC needs are met. We are preferred customers, so we get service within 24hrs, and we have a percentage discount on services and parts. We’ve enjoyed being a customer for almost 5 years now. We will always choose SWHVAC!
Kudos to Brian, Roberto and the gentleman that came and installed the return vents! They gave me A1 customer service. They came running to my defense to make sure my AC was back up and running! These guys are very professional and give you the best customer service!

Did furnace maintenance. The technician has to come back immediately as power was not in the furnace after the technician left. The technician didn't even bother to check if all items were working before leaving. After a week saw the exhaust vent was disconnected and kept aside leaving harmful gas inside attic ---- Thanks I already fixed issue. Don't want to risk again. Search by my first name for the System of Record.
