Had Sala come out for A/C check. The were very efficient and explained what needed to be done and why. Tony didn't even let a wasp's nest deter him, he just went out and bought some spray and came back and finished the job. Tony & Tim were very professional. Highly recommended.
I had a really great experience with these guys. They were recommended by my neighbor who had used and recommended them up and down the street. Jose came out and thoroughly checked out the system. At the end, all I needed was some cleaning and basic maintenance. There were no tricky gimmics or tricks, and the quoted price was what I paid. It was really like having a friend come over and give you straight answers.

Tyler inspected our heating system recently, Tyler is very professional, well mannered, very responsive and answers every question.
These guys were awesome! Our A/C went out on a weekend, and they were ready to come out on a Saturday. We decided to wait until Monday since we had temporary cooling, and they came out first thing. They found and fixed the problem that day. We were very happy!
Shawn and John were patient with me setting up an appointment. Got same day service! Many companies told me it would be days and with this heat we couldn't wait days.. Tony came out, was thorough and checked everything. Found the issue and repaired our AC for a great price. Thank you Sala and will definitely call you guys for further issues and refer to my friends.

We've been using Sala Air for several years. They are family owned and really care about their customers. 'Mark' is on time, friendly, professional, and really knows his job. You will get whatever you need done without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Highly recommend Sala. Good quality work.

We only use Sala Air Conditioning and they continue to deliver excellent results. They are extremely friendly and I feel they are very honest and have never tried to rip me off. I think they know honesty in a dishonest industry is what keeps customers coming back. I recommended them to friends as well and they have also said really good things. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Sala A/C has been taking care of my heating and air conditioning equipment for years and they are really the best. They care not only about the equipment, but also about the customer. They are very trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and will continue to keep the equipment running long after it's time to let it go. My over 40 year old A/C unit just got replaced yesterday. Which brings me to the fact that Sala has reasonable prices for equipment, parts, labor. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks, y'all for all the years you've kept me cold/hot...
I spoke to Jeff on the phone for about 10 minutes regarding some issues I was having with my AC. He took the time to listen & answer my questions in great detail. I highly recommend calling Sala for any AC/Heating needs. Honest, reliable people.
I moved to the greater Dallas area about 18 years ago. Until I found Sala Air about a decade ago, I had used many companies, but never the same company twice, for various reasons regarding their misleading business practices and upselling. Sala Air has been honest, professional and extremely fair. I usually don't write reviews for companies but this one is the obvious exception. Everyone from the technicians, to customer service, to sales and ownership have been unbelievable in every facet! I highly recommend this company. Their rates are more than fair, and I have found you definitely get what you pay for. Other companies may advertise really great rates but my experience has always been that I ended up paying more because of upselling or having to call someone else to fix it again when the issue persisted. I have never had to deal with anyone else but Sala Air. *****UPDATE *** I continue to do business with this company and they never let me down. I just installed a new furnace and blower and Pablo and his team were exceptional. Pablo was very knowledgeable, explained options and pros and cons on available options. His team were timely, worked clean and respectful of my home and very professional. I will continue to do business with them in the future!
SALA air is AMAZING!!! They deserve more than 5 stars. When our old ac unit decided to bite the dust and leak, the tech came out. He tested everything, walked me through all the steps he was doing, explained everything to a “T”. When the install guys came out- they were phenomenal. They installed our new ac unit in record time, and didn’t leave a mess behind. Not only does sala air provide good service out on the streets, but their office provides outstanding customer service. Thank you for making a pregnant lady happy with cold air!😃😃
