I called Rescue Air when my unit couldn’t keep up with the July heat. Roman was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained each step he took to diagnose the system and after recharging the coolant he detected a leak in the evaporator coil. The coil replacement was scheduled for the same day.

I will begin by asking you to stay away from such unscrupulous businesses. Utterly disappointing company to deal with. Decided to replace my HVAC unit thru them. The installation was done 3 weeks back and there started all the problems. None of the commitments that were promised at the time of sale was delivered. 3 weeks into the install, the system stopped cooling. With temperatures over a 100 degrees, they said a tech will not be available the same day. After much pushing they sent a tech over. The tech examined the unit and said that a coil needs to be replaced and the part had to be ordered from the manufacturer. When asked how a brand new unit could have a faulty coil, the answer was it could be a manufacturing defect. Since it was a Friday evening, he said the part will not be available until Monday and the office would call me for the replacement. Come Monday, there was no callback. When I called the office & questioned about the replacement, they scheduled a tech to arrive. The tech replaced the coil but was not certain of the issue. He said the previous tech had left notes to do it. An hour after the tech left, the entire unit shut down. Had to call them again and the tech came back to see that the water was not flowing thru the outlet, causing the unit to power off. 4 hours after that, the unit still does not cool to the set temperature. When I made the purchase I specifically informed about areas in the house that were not cooling sufficiently. The sales person promised that dampers will be installed and a team will inspect the home to adjust the output, none of which was done. This company is a total scam and I will not recommend anyone from using them ever.

The problem was handled expertly, efficiently, and timely. We changed from our usual AC company and found that Rescue Air was the right choice. Oscar is AWESOME! He corrected a very bad and very dangerous installation of the spent gas exhaust on my Navien tankless water heater. He also corrected a problem where it took 5 minutes To get hot water to all faucets. I am moving on from my former plumber of 10 years and will be requesting Oscar for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.I will also be trying your HVAC Family plan once the plan with my current provider expires this Fall. All of the ladies who coordinated this work were also very courteous and accommodating. So refreshing! Great Job ladies and gentlemen! Poor and unprofessional customer experience with the technician who came to provide a quote for an HVAC system replacement. Most companies provide the same services and cost. Do not waste your time with this one.

I called to see if someone could come out and review the problem and Roman was able to show up the same day. I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite Roman was, and how fast he came to our house. Roman did a great job giving us an evaluation on the issue and options to correct the problem. He provided several options and explained the differences and benefits of each type. Overall, RA&P was great. The tech, Roman, was timely and helpful in explaining what the issue was with my unit. I only had one issue, albeit a somewhat minor one. I was at work while my SO was at home. When I asked her what work he was suggesting, she responded that he had already repaired. I asked her if he had told her what he was going to do or what the estimate was, to which she replied that he hadn't communicated that. I can understand that this is may be a "normal" business practice for a company, but in my many years of experience having contractors over to fix/replace things, no work has ever bene initiated without me giving the green light. The second part to this was that he installed a piece that was not essential for getting the unit up and running. He they always install both together, but he also said (after I asked) that the second piece is more additional. That piece was roughly 30% of the bill. Again, The main issue is with up-front transparency. The unit is working fine now.

Terrible marketing. The only thing 24/7 about this company is their call center. Absolutely no emergency support; they just provide you with someone who can schedule an appointment for normal business hours. Don't waste your time.
