Highly recommend On Point. Replaced both of my 20+ year old HVAC systems and thermostats. Great value and courteous, knowledgeable installation crew. Very happy with the final result.

Our ac went out and we needed new installment Asap. On point came out the next day which was on Friday. Salvador and his partner came out and did what they had to do. My Ac has been running great and cooling my home down so much better and quicker than our last unit. I would definitely recommend On Point heating and air. Thank you Mike

I met Michael, the owner through a service call and he was very polite and professional. He gave me many options to a new heating and air system to replace my 16 year worn system that continued to need repairs and now not working. He promised to have my new system installed the same day so his crew stayed until the job was done. We’re very pleased!

I highly recommend this company. They helped us when our AC went out in this awful Texas Heat! They were very professional, knowledgeable and had AC in our home again in a short period of time. The owner has been a blessing to our family and we are so thankful for all that he and his staff did to help us!

I have nothing but good things to say about On Point, I was introduced to them through my Home Warranty Company and was very impressed with the speed and professionalism they showed. When my financing fell through I though I would still have time to get a loan, but due to an incredibly poorly timed mini stroke, though is there really a good time for that. Michael could have gone straight into legal measures, but choose instead to very graciously work with me. A business man with a heart and spirit of generosity, I can't wait to see what he does for an encore.
My name is Marlyn, I'm elderly and on a fixed income. My central heating went out and was leaking gas. My warranty with TXU did not cover the whole cost to fix it and they refused to help me but on point heating and air came into my home and saw how cold the house was -11 degrees. Out of the goodness of his heart they inconvenient there chrismas, neglect there family, to come and help me they fixed and paid for the bill out of there own pocket for me. They were all so professional and they cleaned up after mess and them selves and came very quickly to help me. I can't believe what they have done for me. I cried to know that there are good people in this world that care. Thanks to On point Heating and Air Company and their owner for him for his compassion.
Mike was very helpful and he worked with me as I had to file a claim with my home warranty company for my new hvac unit. Additionally, he fulfilled all of the commitments that he made to me in a timely fashion. Appreciate the service!
I Had a recent heating issue . I was quoted anywhere from 6000 to 8000 for a furnace only from 3 local companies. Mike with On Point heating and air took into consideration my financial situation and helped our family . We were charged 6500$ for the complete Ac and heating system. Thanks again On Point heating and air. And especially Mike , " God Bless you."
On Point - especially Mike, was incredibly helpful and did an incredible job. Definitely recommend these guys if you need a/c and heating work!
Fast and great people
Unfortunately they don't honor their warranty for preventative maintenance. They don't take calls or return voice-mail. Not reliable. They installed a unit at my 84 year old mother's house with a warranty that includes preventative maintenance services. I've left 3 voice messages and a text and after waiting 2 weeks, still no response. With this heat it would be unthinkable to let an elderly woman not have a service to ensure her unit continues to work properly. As you can see by the owner's response they are a 1-star, rude, and unprofessional. The response says it all.
