I have nothing but good things to say about On Point, I was introduced to them through my Home Warranty Company and was very impressed with the speed and professionalism they showed. When my financing fell through I though I would still have time to get a loan, but due to an incredibly poorly timed mini stroke, though is there really a good time for that. Michael could have gone straight into legal measures, but choose instead to very graciously work with me. A business man with a heart and spirit of generosity, I can't wait to see what he does for an encore.

My name is Marlyn, I'm elderly and on a fixed income. My central heating went out and was leaking gas. My warranty with TXU did not cover the whole cost to fix it and they refused to help me but on point heating and air came into my home and saw how cold the house was -11 degrees. Out of the goodness of his heart they inconvenient there chrismas, neglect there family, to come and help me they fixed and paid for the bill out of there own pocket for me. They were all so professional and they cleaned up after mess and them selves and came very quickly to help me. I can't believe what they have done for me. I cried to know that there are good people in this world that care. Thanks to On point Heating and Air Company and their owner for him for his compassion.

Unfortunately they don't honor their warranty for preventative maintenance. They don't take calls or return voice-mail. Not reliable. They installed a unit at my 84 year old mother's house with a warranty that includes preventative maintenance services. I've left 3 voice messages and a text and after waiting 2 weeks, still no response. With this heat it would be unthinkable to let an elderly woman not have a service to ensure her unit continues to work properly. As you can see by the owner's response they are a 1-star, rude, and unprofessional. The response says it all.
