Mondragon replaced our HVAC with a new Trane XV20i heat pump system. We were able to get a quote and schedule the install quickly. We did run into some minor issues with the system post installation but Kimberly and Jorge were responsive to our concerns and dealt with them quickly. It is great to see good customer service post sale, and I would use Mondragon again when its time to replace our other AC unit.
Incredible customer service. I called them on Wednesday at 4PM, and they were at my door by 6:30 PM. Less than 24 hours I had a new AC unit, fully installed and operating properly. I highly recommend their services for anyone that needs a new AC unit or maintenance.
Jorge is my go to person for all AC install needs. He is amazing in providing great quality at best price. Called him in evening one day, next day evening two units installed and working perfectly. This is my second install for my home and referred him to friends. Not even a single complaint.I plan to call him next time I have need. Greatly recommended

HVAC install with new thermometer completed successfully. Service excelled from initial voice contact through completion and warranty information. Estimation by Kimberly was thorough and she answered every question. Installers were great to work with, kept floors covered, stayed on the job until full completion working continuously, and cleaned up area, did appropriate system checks before leaving. I'm very pleased with their work and recommend them to you.
Mondragon did a great job replacing our inside and outside unit! They were great to work with and the price was way better than other estimates we got. Will use them for all future ac needs and will refer to friends and family.

Promised they were going to service my AC on a Saturday! Never showed up. I got a phone call from a lady and said they were going to change it to Monday! Also never showed up! Don’t waste your time with these people! Very unresponsive

I used Mondragon to replace entire HVAC system and complete duct work in my old house before I sold it. Mondragon has also provided residential and commercial systems to a couple of my friends I referred them to. Each time Mondragon was competitively priced and all of the technicians were very professional and always on time. Today I had an annual maintenance performed on my two HVAC systems at my house. They provide good quality service. They diagnose the problem really well and after the repair you can be worry free like taking your car to the dealership I do summer preparation service with them and after that i have one less worry to deal with. Great team

I hired modragon based on a recommendation and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. My father in law works in the a/c field and he stated that they guys who did the work did everything professionally up to the smallest detail. I recommend Mondragon going forward to all my family members who need a new a/c system put in. Financing was incredibly easy to do. Their Rep comes to your house and does the application in front of you, so you know immediately you are approved. Installation was the next day and they finished the work in one day.
