During my installation of the insulation in attic, I had a great experience, all my questions were answered and explained to me. Mr. Bauer was a very considerate person to be around. And, Mike Reyna was extremely helpful to Jordan, making sure everything was ready to go. Great Teamwork!!! 7/7/23
Dustin was great. Very professional, neat, and knowledgeable. Milestone was quick to get us scheduled for service and it was for in a few days, which is very unusual for the service companies around here.
Our air conditioning went out, so we called Milestone to come diagnose and repair it. The service was performed by Blair H. Blair was extremely professional, personable, and went out of the way to show me the problem before fixing it. Blair took extra care to wear booties when entering the house and laid out a mat at our door way. Repair and parts costs were easy to understand and explained before the repair was complete. Thank you Blair and Milestone, you rock! I 100% will be using you guys again for our future needs and would highly recommend! Impeccable service!
Ben did a great job, I will definitely request him for future work. He was thorough in quoting potentials and options. He called his office to secure additional discounts. He creatively solved an installation issue. He was professional and pleasant. I am very satisfied.
Second time Carlos Campuzano has provided excellent AC service at two different houses. I appreciated that he knows what he's doing and helped explain options for our systems.
Scott Wagley was absolutely wonderful during today's visit! An indirect lightning strike took out several of our breakers & Scott was able to quickly diagnose the problem & give us a quote to replace them. He also answered our questions & gave us quotes on other items we had been wanting to have an electrician out about as well as items he recommended for us. But there was zero pressure to do anything today, which is always something we look for in choosing a service provider. We decided to replace the breakers today but will definitely have him out again soon to do some of the "wants" on our list. We were so impressed we signed up for the membership. Highly professional!
Of course, the AC goes out during a heatwave and on a holiday weekend. I called Milestone on the Friday evening during the 4th of July weekend and they were able to send a tech out the next morning! Perry Hicks was not only professional but went above and beyond to inspect the entire system. The air was working by noon the next day. Perry not only fixed the issue but was just such a pleasure to work with as was the gal who took our call on Friday night. Great service, fair price, professional, and just great people!
Carlos arriving on time, was extremely professional and personable. I could sense that he knew this entire situation had me completely stressed and he responded to that. I don't believe that I could have had anyone here that could have been any better and as friendly & kind.
Jeb was extremely informative and helpful. He found the problem almost immediately and was able to replace the broken part inside the condenser. He came out the same day we called and was here within the window of time given to us. We received two calls from the dispatcher to update us on his status--which we really appreciated as well. Jeb is very knowledgeable, friendly, and businesslike and took care of business! We signed up for their advantage program as well to take good care of our unit. We are impressed with Milestone!
We called Milestone with concerns about the efficiency of our A/C system and some unusual noises coming from our condenser/Compressor that caused us to turn the unit off altogether. I called them at 08:00 and they had a tech to us not just same day, but within a few short hours of my call. Our tech, Raven Snowden was efficient and professional, zeroing in on probable causes rapidly, explaining the state of our units (to include ohotos and video), and offering informed and reasonable options. Raven was open, honest, and genuinely concerned with helping us out in whatever way made most sense. Will definitely be choosing Milestone again. Thank you Raven!

I was very happy with my technician, Jon McGee. He arrived on time by 8am, immediately diagnosed my main concern, gave me a quote to rewire my home along with some other cheaper solutions, and did not pressure me into any work outside my budget. Quote seemed a little high, but overall I would recommend this company.
Hunter Morgan responded to our call for replacing an outdoor water faucet and was able to repair the problem. Very nice young man. I will request Hunter for any future plumbing requirements.

Technician was personable and professional. Service was within the time window. Every effort was made to keep the house clean and address the issues of concern. Clearly explained options for upgrades to the current system and priorities associated with safety and system longevity.
We got our AC fan motor and our faucet water flow fixed with Milestone and we had a good experience with them. The technician Tails for AC repair and Cristian Hernandez for plumbing were very professional and did good quality work.
Hunter Morgan was excellent in his approach to outlining every and explaining all aspects of his proposal. We are seriously considering our options with Milestone as a result of his performance

One of my ac units went out and Milestone came out the next morning. Will Menzies was the tech and he was outstanding. Explained the problem, addressed/fixed it quickly and was up and running again. Just a great experience and Will was terrific.
