Then, he got back to me with a fair quote and explained everything very thoroughly. He patiently helped me through the process of having a whole new unit put in from financing to after install care. This is one of the best companies around, at least that I’ve worked with! My unit went down and just a day short of the coming winter storm, they sent someone out and got the job done ASAP. Brandon was wonder! Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Hopefully I don’t need anything in the future but if I do I’ll definitely be giving them a call
Let me just say, even having to deal with no AC in the middle of summer, working with Larry and metro AC made the experience as pleasant as it could be. We were struggling to find a major leak in our unit for a couple weeks and Larry made sure to always take care of us. He even ended up filling us up with coolant the day before 4th July just so we wouldn’t be hot, knowing he couldn’t see us until after the holiday. Great company! Great owner! So glad we have them to rely on.
Metro Air Conditioning serviced our commercial property in the quickest amount of time. Their customer service and pricing is excellent. Devorian was our technician and he explained all repairs thoroughly. Thank you guys! We will definitely be working with them again.
Had an area in the office that was not getting any airflow. Ron Johnson came out and told me what he would do to get it fixed, and not only kept adding services and upcharges. Started at $700, then ended up at $1300 after taxes. I asked him, will this fix the problem, he said it was be cold and the coldest area and this will take care of it all for you. Turned out that it didn't fix the problem. We called them back out, now all of a sudden he finds other issues, that are keeping it from getting cold. Now he wants to charge me another $1100.00 Not happy with the quality of work, and feel like I was lied to directly to my face. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
Appreciated the timeliness and ability to get my AC fixed. Pretty frustrated that they changed pricing for the diagnostic. Diagnostic was an additional $150 over what I was originally told. I was able to get them to refund $100 of the overcharge. This is on top of the $200 diagnostic charge (with ladder) that I agreed to and all of the charges to fix the units.
There is a young man on the team. His name is Mr Smith.He is accurate in the diagnosis and repair of the problem. He repaired this old unit fast and we are up and running again. This company is amazing and led by Godly leadership. Very professional and well manered employees.very courteous and helpful.
Man I am Glad that real people still exist and provide quality service. It's cold outside and now my heater is working fine. I came home and it was broken knowing it was late and was expecting a after hours extremely high bill. He got my heating problem fixed and now we can sleep in peace and warmth. Mr Larry got the job done and repaired in a efficient manner
I have used this company for several years and they never fail me. The technician always arrives on schedule, courteous, polite and clearly explains the problem found. I must say this time was no different, Devo came in found the problem and quickly repaired it in an hour. Thanks again for great service!
My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. Metro AC had someone at my house within 1.5 hours of calling. Devo was my technician. He had my AC back up and working within an hour. Devo was professional and explained everything to me. He also did my summer tune up. Thank Devo for the great service!
Larry was able to quickly fix my thermostat issue on a weekend call. He was professional, friendly and took the time to inform me all the steps he was taking throughout the service call. Metro Air will be my first call anytime I have another issue. Highly recommend.

Ron came out and fixed our heating system quickly and efficiently. From my initial call, to the update I got from the company stating that our technician was on the way, to the service we received in our home- every encounter was excellent. I will 100% be using them again and highly recommend this company.
They were awesome. They removed our ac unit from our mobile home. They work on mobile homes about the only company that will. And did it the week of Christmas. They were there when they said they would be and were efficient in getting the work done.

I have been using this company for years, they are responsive, professional and make sure they get the problem fixed, even when have to make multiple trips to ensure it’s right. My tech, Larry, even followed up to check on how things were working. And never once have I felt like there was overpricing or providing repairs that were not needed.
Good evening to anyone who may read this review I called in a desperate need due to my 86 year old mother air stopped working out of the blue . I spoke with Mr Dewayne who promptly worked to get a tech out to my mom's house and mr larry dubose cane and Promptly fixed the problem. Excellent and prompt service and mr dubose spotted the problem just as quick as he came he knew what was wrong EXCELLENT SERVICE!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! JOB WELL DONE
I called them out for an Advertisement of $69.00 check-up. when the service tech arrived he said the refridgerant was low and that we had a small leak. We were told they couldn't add R22 knowing it had a leak and finding the leak could cost as much as $2000. So they went straight into the A/C sell pitch and tried to sell us a $12,000 system. so all we got for $69.00 was a freon check and a A/C sales man. We called another company and was up and running for less than $200.
