Troy was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my issue. He’s a great asset to the Master Tech team. We were very grateful for his wisdom and patience with our questions.
Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained what is wrong in the system and provided recommendations. He heard my questions and concerns and answered them patiently. He kept me informed through out the process. Once the work was completed I could see improvement in my HVAC system
Donny was efficient, on time and professional. He did an amazing job and basically had to perform internal surgery on my faucet! With great success- Such expertise! Thank you.

John has been out to service the AC several times. He is consistently professional and pleasant, neat and courteous. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what is needed. John is always personable, seems to really enjoy his job and taking care of his customers.

Henry was very knowlegeable about my system. He went about his task in a very workmanlike fashion. He completed his maintainance and explained what he did. He advised me to order new filters via Amazon. I was glad to work with Henry.

Donny showed up early, which was a very welcome surprise, offered his opinions on multiple issues and helped us come up with the right solution, not just the easiest or most expensive. In a field where having an expert is of paramount importance, we as consumers, need people we can trust to guide and protect us. Troy was perfect. This's the 2nd time I have used him. And in both cases, the first company wanted us to buy a new HVAC system from them for $8k+ each. In 1st case, Troy did the work for $1,476 and for $905 for the 2nd case. What else would one ask for?

Master Tech and Troy are great! They installed my HVAC 3 years ago and prior to that they serviced my old unit. Their customer service is awesome as well. When you call there's no listening to 30 different prompts before talking to a live person. Troy has always been professional and knowledgeable. He keeps in communication with you from the begining of being issued your service ticket and always thoroughly explains the issue and answers all your questions. I'm very happy with their services.
We worked with Troy over the phone regarding the cooling issue to diagnose the problem. He was at our doorstep extremely quickly and helped us get our house cooling in no time at all! Quality service in expedited manor.
