These guys were great! Hot hot Saturday and our AC freezes up. These guys were on another job and came after they finished up. Didn't take long to diagnose and get it fixed.
On 4/15 Tres came to diagnose my RV's AC unit. He stated it needed a capacitor and Freon. On 4/17 he returned with both. Less than an hour after he left, the AC stopped working. I called him immediately. He informed me that because the capacitor did not fix the problem, I would need to replace the AC motor. I asked him for a price and he informed me it would be approx. $900 but would check to see if there was a universal part that would be cheaper. I never heard back. I spoke to my warranty company and they said if I turned in an estimate, they would review the charges and possibly use the $417 I spent toward my deductible. I have asked multiple times for this to be emailed and it has not been done. I also requested an estimate for the new work that needed to be done. Again, he said he would and he never did. I finally decided to find someone else that would come look at the AC and give a second diagnosis. I informed them of the work done prior to contacting them. RV AC units are a closed system and you cannot add Freon to them or it voids the warranty. Not only am I out the $417, plus what the new AC unit costs I no longer have warranty coverage.
Looking for a great HVAC company? Well I highly recommend Limitless premier services! I contacted the owner Tres after not knowing why my A/C wasnt cooling in this +100 degree Texas heat and Tres respond so quickly and got to my house as quick as possible. Overall a Great Experience. Very Professional and and finished in a timely manner . If you are needing HVAC work you will not be disappointed. I am so Greatful & Thankful for there amazing service. Highly recommend Limitless Premier Services LLC. We had a team member (Arman) from this company come check out our AC on short notice after it quit on us in the summer heat the day before. He arrived promptly, explained the issue, was clear about pricing, and fixed my ac. He also checked for additional issues and gave an update on the current status of our system with future recommendations. Will continue to use this company in the future. Thanks again!
I wish I had a choice to say at which HVAC company I perfer but no company compares to this one and there excellent customer service . I couldn't have made a better decision of choosing a amazing group of workers to help me . I highly recommend using Limitless premier services.

Trey deserves 5 stars, I gave it 1 star because the receptionist or whoever that answers the phones seldom answered, I left countless voicemails for a return call, never happened. I filed a claim through my home warranty first, they were awful as well! Lack of communication with each other I guess. I filed the claim June 5 2020. I finally called the other number on the web sight July 12th and Trey answered and I had my new unit 3 days later! He’s awesome and so was his helper! Call Trey!

Tres and his team are a great company. They are honest beyond anything I have experienced in the industry. Their pricing is great without cutting corners. I would recommend them for any HVAC home work, from install to repair. Great company glad to see they moved into the Dallas area. I learned of this company thru a housing warranty call, I later had them do a replacement of a 17yr system and when an issue came up, they were able to jump on it in a timely manner...thx Tres.
This company is terrible, they doubled charged for the service call, put sealant in the air conditioner that was useless and lied about it. They said we requested a lower cost versus a higher cost sealant so there was no warranty. They said that if we had used the higher price sealant there then there would be a warranty, they then said it was too late to use the higher price sealant and the only thing we could do is replace the a/c unit. They would not take a check so we had to go to the bank and get the cash. We hired a reputable company that said the sealant was useless and that the leak was so bad that there was no sealant made that could fix the leak. They then fixed the unit at a fraction of the cost that Limitless was going to charge for a new unit. Basically we threw away $700.
