Had 2 other hvac companies misdignose a ac issue and spent 1000 dollars on a part that was told was the problem . Called Levy on a Friday night and they were here within 15 hrs talk about customer sevice . Upon examination was told to replace control board and transformer and 2 days later parts showed up and they came same day to install. Will always be my go to for now on
Levy and Son did not fix the problem with my air conditioning unit. It is presently 85 degrees in my bedroom and 82 degrees in the living area, but Levy could find nothing wrong! My Lennox unit is a 4 ton, 5 year old unit, so it should be able to keep the house at the temperature set on the thermostat. My house is only 1650 square feet, so this 4 ton unit should be able to keep the house at the 76 degrees as set on the thermostat.
Juan & Jeremiah came out to conduct a tune up on our system. I was thinking I would need to pay a lot of money for additional services. However due to my system using R22 refrigerant which is no longer available a whole new unit will be needed. They explained everything including the options without feeling like high pressure sells. Provided photos and videos of work performed while explaining the condition. Overall very happy with the services.
Kudos to Michelle for her awesome first call resolution she handled our concerns with care Sending technician Kevin to the rescue air unit was down in the midst of a heatwave he handled the situation in a professional manner also was very knowledgeable thanks to his excellent service we have air in our home I will say the two are great service experts. Joseph, Fabian, Luis, and Roberto were absolutely amazing. Great customer service. They covered the stairs and cleaned up behind themselves. This Texas Heat is no joke, and they PUSHED THROUGH! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH! Would definitely recommend this company.

Not sure if the other reviews were bought or auto-generated but I am a local guide lvl 8 (legit). I called and was not told anything about a visit charge. They came took a look, touched the toilet for literally 1 sec, and said: this would cost $600 to unclog!!! I don't have $600 bucks lying around. They whipped out the digital payment ipad and asked for my credit card: "It's gonna be $99 visit charge SIR." I was shocked. Nobody told me about a visit charge. They literally did nothing but still asked for money. Where do I get a job like that? Just go knocking on people's doors, touch their toilet for 1 sec and get $99? I'd be making six figures every month! Avoid at all costs, very expensive and don't care about customers at all.
I had a tankless water heater installed about 3 years ago with that I’m advantage member that pays a fee Monthly I’ve called 4times to ask a member of management to give me a call because I’ve not had Hot water from this tankless tank since Sunday and NOT one Manager has called me yet they are taking my money monthly for quick service that I’ve not received the last person they sent out on Tuesday ordered the parts for the water heater stated he would inform the office that he would come out to install the part soon as it arrives well the part arrived on Wednesday I called the office and I get told more lies I’m at my breaking point if I don’t receive a call today from management about this issue I’m going to seek legal advice for payment for a service I’ve not received. I have nothing good to say about this company POOR SERVICE.
We had a great experience with Levy & Son. Michael was the technician that came out and quickly found the problem we had with our AC that was out for two days. He signed us up for a membership that we were wanting and it ended up saving us 15% off the repair of this visit. Highly recommend.
Dago was amazing!! I had been trying to get a problem repaired for over a week with my air condenser, he solved it within 10 to 15 minutes!! If I could request him every time I would. Very polite and was in and out so fast. Best a/c repair man I have ever had, and I have been using Levy for over 20 years!!

I purchased a new water heater last year and, as part of the contract, Levy & Son's will drain the water heater twice a year to ensure it's running properly. This was the first drain cycle and Javier and Francisco arrived early and promptly got to work checking all of the fixtures in the house and then began work on the water heater. They were both professional and Javier outlined tips to look/listen for regarding the plumbing apparatus in our aging toilets to prevent any major issues. Their service went above and beyond what I was expecting and I'd happily have them back to make repairs if/when the need arises.
