Our home’s AC broke on one of the hottest days of the summer. Not only could Kings Heating & Cooling get to our house within 2 hours, but they were quick, affordable and honest. John was super friendly and quickly fixed our issue and had us up and running in a half hour.
The technicians always gave a courtesy call before arrival and when they did, they gave you a run down of what they were going to do. They explained everything they did and found in great detail. They are honest with their diagnosis and never pressure you to just commit to a service. They were so great, we signed up for their maintenance plan. Very affordable and different lengths of time with benefits to each one. Cannot recommended Kings Heating & Cooling enough.
Called Kings Heating & Cooling out to service a rental property owned by my brother. I spoke with both guys in their office. They were both extremely friendly & seemed very knowledgeable. The tech they sent out diagnosed a bad thermostat and offered some tips to keep the unit working in top condition. This was a wonderful experience altogether, more companies should be managed the way this one is! Will certainly recommend Kings Heating & Cooling you to friends and family.
Ken from Kings Heating & Cooling was a fabulous technician for my a/c tune-up and did a marvelous service. He was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything well. I will be requesting him again for further services and appointments!!
I have been with Kings Heating & Cooling since they installed a new air conditioner. The few times I needed repair work done, the service has been awesome. Professionalism and courtesy started in the office. The receptionists always somehow found a tech who was in the area who could see me the same day or the next.

Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He took extra time and patiently answered all my questions. He helped reprogrammed my heating and AC unit.He detected the major source of the problem. I have rarely encountered such a pleasant and genuinely helpful individual. He is one of the best technician have ever work with.
This was my first experience with Kings Heating & Cooling services. I must say the great customer service I received from the staffs was greatly appreciated. Their honesty was remarkable and the service was A+. My furnace has never functioned this perfectly. I now have a HVAC company I can proudly recommend to my families and friends.
