I called over the weekend to have our unit checked since it had stopped cooling. David and his team were very responsive and checked the system, got it cooling again, and made recommendations to improve our AC system. I highly recommend them! Top customer service!
Efficient Home Solutions has done work on our Family Home Air Conditioning System for years. The technicians are always on time and provide accurate diagnostics of systems needed repairs or maintenance. We would recommend them to other Family members, friends and neighbors MDL
David is very good at what he does. Very knowledgeable about the correct ventilation and air flow throughout my house so we have a nice even airflow.
I have an older system that is running well because Efficient Home Solutions has been maintaining it under their Energy Savings Agreement where they come out twice a year to check the AC and Heat. The regular maintenance is extending the life of my equipment and increasing the efficiency and comfort inside my home!
I used Efficient Home Solutions to completely replace my AC unit in May, 2022. The system worked perfectly all summer long - I am very pleased and satisfied. I was especially happy with their employee Rocky who provided all the information and helped me make a decision. He also supervised during install day. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will ask for him every time the unit needs servicing. I 100% recommend this company and their employee Rocky!
Great service. My A/C stopped working on a Sunday when the temperature outside was 106. I called the A/C company that installed the unit and they were booked until Thursday so I called another well known A/C company and they were able to come to trouble shoot system and the tech looked at the compressor waved his had over the compressor and told me that the motor had to be replaced for $3,000.00 but it would take 2 days to get the replacement motor so he then quoted $9,000.00 for new compressor unit and would get new compressor installed on Monday and told me that since it was 106 outside he recommended to $9,000.00 option. He never turned a screw and was able to tell me that the motor was bad. I called Efficient Home Solutions and they had a tech at my home within an hour and the tech looked at the unit, tested the Freon level and tested the capacitor and told me that the capacitor was going out. He replaced the capacitor and I now have cold air again. I was charged $300.00 for new capacitor and labor to install it with a 3 year warranty. Efficient Home Solutions is now saved on my phone, wife has already informed her friends on Facebook and 2 of them have already asked for phone number so they can use them. Efficient Home Solutions will get all of my A/C service and will get my recommendations for any HVAC service.
Our thermostat went out and they got us fixed the same day and even saved us some money. The owner David was very responsive to our needs. The technician Roque was very knowledgeable and got us back up and running super fast. Thank you so much for all your help.
I called EHS and quickly recieved a scheduling for technician to come to the house and diagnose my problem. A part had to be ordered and was installed the day the part was picked up. The technician was friendly as well as knowledgeable and for sure had my best interest on the table. i highly recommend this company for any HVAC work!
My A/C unit went out a couple months ago. I did my research and got 3 bids before making my decision. I choose EHS because they presented me with options, they were fair in the cost of what I needed to have done, and were the most professional. I am in sales, and I can see an up-sell a mile away. With this company there was no pressure, just pure explanation of what the options were and what I could expect with each one. The crew that did the installation was professional and quick. They were recommended to me by my neighbor, and I will pass it forward.
This review is about true customer service. I found this company through Angie’s list. We are currently in an unprecedented winter storm, and my heater has not been working for the past 2 days. I am a single mom with two young boys. Mr. Rivera called me to schedule a time for his servicemen to come out to help me the following day. Before we hung up, Mr. Rivera went through a differential diagnosis of what could be wrong with my heater. When he mentioned that the filter could be a problem, I told him that my filter had not been changed in a very long time. Knowing that the temperature is going to get down to 5 degrees Farenheit tonight and knowing that I have 2 young boys, Mr. Rivera offered to FaceTime me, and he ended up guiding me through the whole process on how to take the filter out In order to clean it. Once I was able to take the filter out, I ended up washing the filter in my bathtub, and then I put it back in. Now, thanks to Mr. Rivera’s help, my heater is working perfectly, My boys and I are incredibly grateful for his help. Because he truly cares about his customers, my boys and I are going to be able to sleep comfortably tonight. This company is the very best. I will definitely be using Efficient Home Solutions from now on for all of my heating and air conditioning concerns. I highly, highly recommend this company. If there were ten stars it wouldn't be enough!l In dealing with HVAC companies over the years, I have never dealt with a company with such integrity, honesty and just plain sincerity, from the girls who answer the phones, to the tech Rocky, to the install team, and finally to the owner of the company, David. This company is exceptional! They have gone above and beyond helping me - from getting a coil installed in the attic to having a weld fixed in the outside unit - they did it all. When I didn't think I could handle one more second of bad news, Rocky was there for me. He actually asked me if I needed a hug - and boy did I. They deal with you on a one-on-one basis, they're extremely honest and with me, so generous. David returned my calls, day or night and weekends with no delay. They are exceptional in their relationships with their customers, plus they are a company dedicated to doing an excellent job - every install, every leak, everything they do. Their prices are extremely competitive too. I recommend them highly. I'll never use anyone else. Thanks again David and Rocky.

Marc was wonderful. Figured out my motor blew pretty quickly, went to warehouse and got a new one installed it in about an hour. So happy with the service.
Quick service and reasonable price
The technician Rocky had a very customer oriented attitude and after checking my heating system I mentioned how hot my gameroom got and he said he would check my air conditioning unit to make sure the Freon level was good at no charge. This is an example of very good customer service.
Our old air conditioner had been on its last leg for 3 summers. After fighting with our home warranty company for 3 weeks (where they kept “repairing” our unit only for it to break again a week later) we decided to get a new unit. We declined to go with the company who was sent to us by our home warranty because the business was terrible. We had remembered Rocky from Efficient Home Solutions, who’d come to us for a repair the year before and we remembered how helpful and trustworthy he was. They’d provided us a refrigerator magnet with conversion tables, and my husband said, “Who was the company with the conversion table magnet? They were fantastic!” So we called up Efficient Home Solutions and told them about our AC (which was completely kaput). Rocky and David set an appointment to come out with us THAT NIGHT to talk about units and see if we could get our clunker up and running. They provided us several options to choose from, and didn’t try to upsell us into anything that didn’t need to be done. They shared that we didn’t have enough ducting for our square footage, and laid out the plan to help us get the most out of our AC. We actually decided to get a new unit AND a new furnace, so that we might avoid any trouble down the road. Rocky tried everything he could to get our unit running while we waited for installation, but that thing was gone. However, we appreciated his efforts in trying to help in any way he could. We set our installation date and were ready to go. Installation of our unit, ducting, and furnace took 1 day. 1 day! They were incredibly fast and did an amazing job getting everything installed and all the old stuff hauled away. David and Rocky made sure they were there on installation day to make sure everything went well- which is always such a nice experience to make you feel valued and cared for. Installation went great and the results have been awesome- our new unit is silent! It used to sound like something was about to explode when that old u
