My clients were buying a home that Dalco had serviced (both plumbing and HVAC). Just prior to closing, a few additional issues were noticed and Dalco responded within 24 hours and got a tech out there to take care of the problems. Their quick response helped to prevent a delay in the closing and got the new owners in their new home on time
I found Dalco via the manufacturer of my HVAC. I needed help quickly, because I'm in Dallas, TX suffering in this heat. The company my Home Warranty Company sent was HORRIBLE. Ivan with Dalco was awesome. He explained everything he did AND he gave me tips on best practices I should use. I signed to a maintenance agreement with them on the spot. I need a company licensed to service Lennox HVAC systems.

Called Dalco on Friday. They came out first thing Monday morning. They completed my duct work in a timely manner. Very prompt and professional.They even cleaned up after the work and swept!!! I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Dalco has been great to work with. In the midst of these crazy freezes, every other plumber pricing was sky rocketing while Dalco still provided exceptional services at fair prices. They have truly been a blessing to all our clients and I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed our ducts cleaned so I called JD Points and even though they were slammed, he got someone out to our house in just a couple of days. They were on-time, kind, professional, and the quote they gave us for a new HVAC system was so much lower than the other company we had out a few months ago. After my experience I wouldn’t use another HVAC company. Highly recommend!

I have been using DALCO as an integral part of my construction company for years. JD has personally assisted me with outstanding customer service both for me and the customer sites that I send him to. The various levels of employees and staff have been nothing but professional in their interaction, efforts and workmanship.
We needed to replace our worn out HVAC, and Dalco was highly recommended. JD Points promptly contacted us and made a visit to our home. JD's knowledge and professionalism impressed me as he assessed our HVAC needs. A few days later a crew was installing our new Lennox unit. They were courteous, competent, and did an excellent job, we couldn't be happier!
I had the pleasure of coming into contact with Nathan through a mutual customer after our major freeze in February. After seeing a few other customers fall victim to price gougers, I was pleasantly surprised to find Dalco was doing honest work for honest pay. They have been extremely responsive and on point with helping customers get their plumbing repaired and water running again even during these very hectic times. As a restoration and construction company, we value our licensed tradesmen and will definitely continue to use and refer Nathan and Dalco. Family owned and operated company that is doing right by people!!!!
Warranty issue.
lWe have used DALCO for years on our A/C and heating. So glad they now have plumbing. Johnny Point had been to our house for two different plumbing problem and has resolved both efficiently and quickly. Very glad to have him taking care of our plumbing.
We would like to commend Dalco Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their immediate response in these extremely hot summer days and professionalism in repairing our A/C.
Our AC went out Thursday night, mysteriously after another contractor had been at my house because of poor cooling in a few areas. This contractor didn’t touch a thing and left. By 10pm my system was completely frozen up. I called Dalco at 9 am the next morning and they not only walked me through financing, but had a whole group of 4 at my house by 1pm to start tearing out my old system, and had the new equipment at the house by the end of the day. They showed up at 7am on Saturday to continue the install and had cooling in my house by the end of the day. They came back on Tuesday and finished the furnace install. I can’t say enough how nice it is to have an honest company come out and do work at my house. The guys at Dalco really went above and beyond to get me cooling when the temperature was steadily climbing. Great Job guys!
They did a great job figuring out the best way to make the install in some tricky circumstances at my house. Then the install crew came out and did a really fantastic job. They figured out several issues that were wrong with the install on my prior units, and corrected all that as they installed the new systems. Really great company and install crew. Highly recommend!
DALCO has always given us high quality service but this time they went above & beyond our expectations! In the middle of having new floors installed, we were informed we needed our gas turned off before the installers could finish the kitchen area. Frantic, I made a call to DALCO & asked if they could help me out ASAP! Johnny Points came out the very next morning, took care of everything, and even performed an inspection of both our a/c units while he was here. All with a friendly smile & an upbeat attitude to go with it! Thanks DALCO!
