The worst service ever received! I paid for 3 years of servicing upfront and they failed to show up for my 'spring' service yet now that it's mid July! they have been rescheduling me since May and this is the 5th time in last 3 months they had to reschedule because either someone gets sick or 'people around me' are without AC! reminds me of my Mother when she used to say people in Africa are dying because I'm wasting food..thank you 'Cool Air' for making me nostalgic!
The sale rep. Bernie showed up on time. He was very clear in his professional presentation. I signed and the installation team showed up on time on the agreed date. The field manager, James, was on top of the installation in case of any issues. I am very happy and satisfied with the Home Depot recommending COOL AIR TEXAS as the installers. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

We had an emergency breakdown and provided us with on call service. So pleased that they came and took care of it or it would have been impossible to live in this heat with 105 degrees. Thank you, guys!
Technician Jimmy Garcia was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond and they were able to schedule a time that worked best for me. So glad I did the 3 year maintenance deal instead of just the 1 year!
From the beginning to the end, the Cool Air Texas team was courteous, transparent, professional, on time, and solution focused. They helped me find the right financing options, gave me a loaner window unit to help in the 100+ degree heat while the work was being scheduled and the installation crew was swift and tidy. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new AC/furnace.
The gentlemen that I've dealt with have been absolute stand up guys. Doing the right thing by people is a lost art and Bernie and Rashau are top notch individuals.
Bernie Garcia was very professional with the explanation of Cool Air products. Their prices were better than expected, and they were significantly lower than a competitor I looked at prior. Cool Air came on early, and they were very professional during the process. They were complete in less than 3 hours. I was very impressed with the quality of work.

They don't come any better than Damian Douglas. He is a consummate professional. He obviously has a thorough knowledge about his job. He was able to answer all of our questions. The technicians that installed the unit worked very hard. They, too were courteous and professional.

We are very pleased with Cool Air. Damien was an excellent representative of the company. He came out a while back and we weren't ready to move forward, and when we were, we requested he come out. His thorough explanation of options and understanding of our needs was on point. The crew that did the install was great, too. Avis and Richard showed up early, left everything tidy and walked me through the new system Pleased all around.
I needed a quote and Bernie was extremely helpful and informative. Depending on what happens with my home warranty, I’m going with Cool Air Texas.

Rashad with Cool Air mechanical was fantastic in every way! If you have met him, then you know why. He is incredibly professional, charismatic, kind, super patient, and all around an incredible sales associate. His company is just as wonderful! As new home owners… My husband and I were very anxious and overwhelmed with having to replace our HVAC system. We had gotten numerous quotes and felt lost on making a decision for different reasons. But when we met with Rashad, all of that changed. We were suddenly so confident in our decision, because he took the time to educate us as to what exactly to look for, and explain so many things about an HVAC system, how the system and the process should be, and he offered all of that. He was super patient with my numerous and at times repetitive questions, he made the entire process, literally seamless, and so simple, easy, and convenient. He will make you feel like a friend or even a family friend by the time he leaves with how effortlessly charismatic he is. he provided exceptional customer service and we are so happy that we went with his company. We feel so good about our home having the best HVAC system and that is all thanks to Rashad! We are so happy and grateful!
I worked with this company for a full HVAC replacement in a 20 year old home in 2020 and again for the second unit in 2021 for A/C replacement. Since then they have provided spring and fall checkups. They are easy to work with for appointments, even emergency requests when needed. Cool Air provided a great value and their technicians are experienced, knowledgeable and honest.
Used them for a mini split AC in my bedroom and couldn’t have been happier. Thorough and professional from the sales quote to the install and showing me how to use it. Special thanks to Rashad for explaining everything and not being a pushy salesman.
I got a promotional price at HomeDepot for my AC tuneup for only $59 dollars. When I found out it was through a third party( Cool Air Texas), I was very hesitant. However, since the very moment the fist person contacted me to schedule an appointment, I felt much relieved because she listened to my requests and send me the person she assigned me on the day of the appointment. Not to mention the technician (Ryan Knight), he was very professional, knowledgeable, POLITE, confident, and addressed all my doubts and questions with respect since he arrived. Now a days it’s very difficult to find a company with trustworthy employees, but Cool Air Texas is doing a great job to hiring the best people out there! Thanks Ryan Knight for being an outstanding employee!!!
