Bobby is one of the best, if not the best, a/c technician I have ever known. He is thorough, explains everything he did and is very personable. If you use Chapman Air & Heat, ask for Bobby.

So I had the honors of meeting the best man for the job Dewayne Kay he showed up on time, was efficient and a gentlemen. Chapman air was fantastic!! I might be extra excited that I have my air back. But Dwayne made the process so easy, he explained everything to me and I have lots of questions so thank you so much. He had me up and running in no time! My kids were so grateful because it was hot!!!! I will never use anyone else. I felt like family was taking care of me! Thank you Dwayne!!
We had Bobby come out to fix an A/C unit in an upstairs bedroom. He was very nice and did a great job, correcting a mistake another company had made.
