Will and Blake were excellent. The AC unit was non-functional. They quickly found the problem and fixed it with no issues. They were incredibly friendly and honest.

Love Barbosa! Would recommend them without hesitation especially after my experience with a large HVAC company that couldn’t fix my AC issue after 6 hours of “trying”. Barbosa came in and had it up and running in less than an hour!

We had a new disposal installed as well as new sink and faucet, which we had already purchased. It was a drop in sink that just needed to be hooked up and silicone around the edges. My mom owns this property and we rent from her, so they spoke with her about the charges. They charged her $2800 for work which was a basic job that 2 other companies had told us would be around $500. They charged 11 hours of labor for a 1.5 hour job. We used Barbosa because they go to my mom's church so she trusted them. They clearly ripped her off. My ring camera shows when they arrived, the 2 hours they spent outside and the hour inside working (not 11 hours of labor charges). Also, my new disposal backs up into my dishwasher, so for almost $3k we still don't have the new disposal installed properly. The company refused to resolve with me or even explain the excessively high charges, saying they'd speak to my elderly mom whom they've already taken advantage of 🤦♀️ AVOID
Andy located a Technician, Will, to see me immediately today. Will arrived promptly and professionally explained the problem and the repair needed. After two trips by a previous plumber, Will solved the problem immediately. Will is a true pro, and Barbosa seems to be the best in Dallas. I'm now a customer for life.

Family owned business, always talk to the same person, who dispatches personnel that are familiar with us and our property, and can come in a hurry in case of an emergency.

Couldn’t be more appreciative for Will (Plumber) and his assistant Alex! We had a pipe break on Christmas Eve Eve and a house full of people who weren’t keen on riding out the holiday without running water. They came within a few hours and fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and for a fair price. A Christmas miracle! They were also extremely professional and courteous, just lovely to work with. We will 100% call them for all of our future needs!
I'm a repeat customer of Barbosa Plumbing which means I'm a satisfied customer. Their techs are punctual and thorough. Today William H. came for seasonal maintenance and shared his advice for future maintenance without putting me under any pressure. I would definitely recommend Barbosa -- and William H. is a great tech.
I bought my house about a year ago and needed someone to come out and replace filters and see if the systems needed cleaning. Madison spent quite a bit of time inspecting the system and gave me an estimate to clean and add gas sediment traps. He also recommended new ductwork. The cleaning and traps will be a few thousand dollars so I will probably get another estimate as well.
Madison and Gregquickly returned the air conditioner to its former glory. Lovely people to work with, lots of information. Solid, professional work ethic. Efficient and kind. Went beyond expectations to insure the a/c was preforming at its best.
