Used them recently for one of my Dallas restaurant locations. They are very quick and responsive. The techs are also very hard working. Will definitely recommend!
I hired this company because it’s woman owned. They did not fail me! If anything they exceeded my expectations. They were on time and Natalie was very knowledgeable about the unit I purchased. She took the time to answer all my questions. I definitely recommend Alpha heating and cooling. Thanks again Natalie and all her team!
Alpha Heating and cooling were very responsive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Especially since I was not sure about the installation or HVAC system I needed. The customer service was a 10.
Had an amazing experience with the team and got it done pretty fast and cost effective!
My heater went out the night before Christmas Eve and every place I called said they would not be able to come out to fix it until after Christmas. Natalie at Alpha Heating and Cooling was so responsive and helpful; she had the technician out the next morning. The technician was so nice and professional and repaired my heater on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend!

Alpha did a great job the whole time I worked with them from the first time they came out to do the first preventive maintenance call until they found out why things were the way they were on the A/C system until complete repairs.
