I had the pleasure of working with Dung Nguyen . He arrived on time , took time to explain my issue and went ahead to explain how to maintain & care for my AC unit. Very professional service. Highly recommend .

Alan responded to a service call at our house. He was on time, courteous, actively listened to the issue and was the consummate professional. The issue was remedied quickly and he answered some unrelated questions I had regarding the system. Alan is a quality employee that represents the company very well.
I have been with Airtron for nearly 7 years. Today was there first terrible day. I called on Saturday (at 10am) was told earliest they could arrive was Thursday...ok not great but whatever. My 6 hour window (1-7pm) came and went without a call. 40 minutes after the window I finally got a call to say a technician was on the way, it would be another 30-40 minutes before they could arrive. Finally at 8:40pm I called to just cancel since it was another missed time. It doesn't end there though, a technician still arrived at my house at 10pm!! 3 hours after the 6 hour window, and after they were cancelled... they cannot communicate with customers and apparently cannot communicate with their employees either. Lastly, DO NOT SEND people out so late!! What the hell is wrong with you, those technicians are people too.
Dung was so helpful and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. He was very friendly and great to work with!
Alan was extremely helpful. He showed me what was wrong with my drain line and how it needed to be fixed. He answered all my questions and even took the time to go over how to maintain the unit and showed me how to clean the filter.
Tin Tran was amazing. He quickly recognized the issue with AC unit and fixed it in no time. He was really friendly and helpful. He didn’t just fixed it he also advised us proper way to handle thermostats.
Tin is a great guy. Always on time and helpful. He understands the issue well and troubleshooting skills are amazing. He helped me to fix my heater and AC.
Edwin!! Was amazing!! He was so informative and made sure that our problem was solved! I know is it so hot but he was working nonstop to make sure we got quality air! Thank you and such an amazing person!

So grateful for Alan who came to our home ready to help us! He was very kind & professional. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and heard all of our concerns. Our AC is finally working properly thanks to him!
Edwin came out 1st thing today on a Saturday. He was very professional, didn't ring my bell(just knocked) and did a great job getting right after the issue. He checked and serviced everything even after replacing the capacitor. He explained everything done and shared some tips. I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness and how quickly it was all fixed.
Alan and Oscar were really good at what they did, I got all my questions answered and the work was quick and efficient. Good service.
Tin was here at our home to attend to our HVAC. He was very prompt in identifying the problem and rectifying it, and very patient in explaining us about it and giving us tips to ensure it doesn’t pop up again. Very satisfied by his service!
I really appreciate Alan coming to my house today to repair my air conditioner. He was really nice and professional. he didn't have a part, so he called his supervisor and asked him to meet halfway with the parts, and then he came back to install it. He was sweaty, and he saved the day without air conditioning. I also think their boss should be happy to have such excellent employees.Thank you again.
Rafael came out to take care of my AC which was not cooling. Did a great job of checking everything and updating me with the progress. Really appreciate his efforts. Thanks A month later: Detailed Review: The last time Rafael came to take a look at the unit, he noticed that the refrigerant was low and he painstakingly looked for a leak and he could not find it. Note: I had another company come look at the issue and they told me that I had to replace the outside unit ($$$). Coming back Rafael added Refrigerant and said to call back if we see the same issue again. A month later it was very hot (105+) and the unit was not cooling and had called again. Rafael came out again and figured out what was causing the problem. Refrigerant was fine but the fresh air intake was set to 30. Getting all the hot air in and the unit was not able to keep up. Very professional and through. Note: I specifically asked for him when I called again as he was really good. Really appreciate his work.
Tin was here on time and very professional. He addressed our issues and showed me how to use the thermostat using my mobile phone. He explained how to better use our system to save energy.
Our technician Rafael Buda is a very knowledgeable person. He was here a few minutes before our scheduled time. He checked everything and replaced a part that could have brought the system down. Very polite and professional. Will ask for him for all our heating and air needs

Oscar gave excellent service. He called ahead of time to alert us and arrived when he said he would. He presented himself as knowledgeable and thoroughly. He even wore shoe covers. He got us up and running. Very impressed with this company be if the kind of people they have working with them.
