Hands down the best customer service that I have received for repair/mechanical work. This team has bent over backwards for me as my storefront dealt with urgent cooling issues at the peak of Texas summer. They are very communicative, patient, and truly go the extra mile. They possess a supreme understanding of HVACs, and within the context of restaurant operations. It is beyond clear that customer service and delight is one of their core values as a company. As a small business owner, it can be hard to come by partners who truly want you to succeed - I am very happy to have crossed paths with Air Het North Texas and will maintain my partnership for many years to come,.
Air Heat North Texas replaced my old air conditioner and furnace in early August 2021. They provided prompt and professional service with no sales pressure or gimmicks. Pricing was competitve. The installers showed up on time and did a first rate job. If you are looking for an A/C contractor, I would recommend them!
Last year in the middle of the pandemic our AC went out in the middle of the summer. It's Texas, right!? The staff was great at helping me come up with an affordable solution and plan. While we worked through that, they came out and installed some window units to help cool enough rooms down that we would be comfortable to stay in the house. Fast forward one-year. Sometimes things break. A capacitor died on a Friday after 5 PM and I was able to call their team and they quickly had someone come out and fix what we needed. Jeff came out and worked through all the issues, got a temp fix until they got the exact part. Jeff followed up the next day to ensure things were working and then the team came out finished the repairs the next morning. I appreciate that they stayed on it until it was done and done correctly. Highly recommend this company the people who are the backbone of service.
Called Jeff and got same day appointment. Enrique was professional and courteous. He explained and showed me everything he checked and fixed.
The tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything as he was doing the job. He actually took the top off the outside unit and gave it a thorough cleaning. He explained this should be done by all techs. I explained this was the first time I have had this done. I have used A1 Air in the past and all they want to do is sell you a new unit. I am thoroughly impressed and will use this company for the foreseeable future. The tech represents his company well. It is refreshing to see.
Called for an estimate on a new system. I had two other companies quote me and air heat was the third one. Their price was not the cheapest one. Right in the middle to be exact. The techs that they sent out were professional and very mindful of what I wanted and needed. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and they offered the best bang for my buck. Install was done a week later as I requested. And it only took the guys 6 hours to change out the whole thing! Plus my new system saves me money and it’s working twice as good as my old system. Air Heat North Texas is now my go to for A/C service! Thank you guys!
Outstanding customer service and highly qualified HVAC techician, RYAN. Superb attention to detail and never cuts corners in finishing the job professionally. Does the work of two men and takes great pride in the perfection in which he explains everything AND DIAGNOSIS EVERYTHING! AIR HEAT NORTH TEXAS has been our source for two new systems (3350 sq.ft house) since we moved to Texas six years ago. They respond immediately to all problems 24/7. Integrity, honesty, professionalism will guarantee that you never have to pay for something YOU DON'T NEED!
VERY POOR SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Called out to fix 2 of out 5 Ac units and they said they could not fix because they didn't have the experience with these certain Ac units but still insisted we pay a $900 bill. Not professional at all.
I have been a customer for a number of years. They have done service and installed two outside ac units. Very profession techs and manager. Last month, a contractor blew up and took the capacitor with it. They had both in their truck. Fixed my ac fast. Thanks!
From the phone call to the appointment working with the company was an absolute dream . They came out to me as soon as possible and got my air conditioner running in no time .FArdin was professional , quick , and knowledgeable . I would recommend this company to everyone .
No A/C in the middle of June.... Last minute call and I was in desperate need my commercial unit to be fixed. Kayla was WONDERFUL and the tec Jeffrey was fast and trustworthy. From the start Air Heat North Texas went above and beyond. We noticed our indoor unit was leaking and we couldn’t fix it we turned to google to help us find a reliable company. I called Kayla (who is fantastic) and she had Fardin out in a hour. He determined we had a frozen unit caused by a leak. He also gave us come pointers on how to avoid this issue in the future. I spoke to the manager ,Dean, the next morning and he walked me through our options. He never tried to up sell me, he wanted to educate me. Once we agreed on next steps, Kayla let us know it would be a couple of days until the new parts would be ready. So she immediately sent our tech out to give us a window unit to use! How amazing is that, it was June and hot! Overall this was a great experience dealing with an unfortunate situation.
Can I just say... Yikes? My hvac unit stopped running one day. It took 6+ separate trips to fix the issue (they left each trip saying it was "fixed"... Let's hope it stays that way). Four of the times they came here they said they would not charge for the costs of the parts and the labor (because all that they had done so far did NOT fix the issue permanently), only to be charged everything at the last visit (and given a "discount" on labor that may or may not have been necessary). They did not give me an estimate of the costs at that final visit before they started working. They told me prior they would only be charging for that piece that needed to be replaced in the last visit. I thought they had great customer service at the beginning, but they apparently do not keep promises. I would have given a higher rating if they had been upfront and honest about the costs. This is the first and will be the last time I use them. Tried them because of the great Google reviews, but got a lackluster experience.
Nathan came out for my service call. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My issues were fixed and I learned a lot about my HVAC system in the process. I won't be calling any other company for issues in the future.
I am so grateful for Air Heat North Texas! We bought our three year old home last year and immediately noticed problems cooling the 2nd story. We had three different companies sent out by our home warranty company, all of which identified different problems and never made necessary repairs. After our home warranty expired, we called a fourth HVAC company found on The Good Contractors list. They too claimed a different problem and gave us an insanely high quote for repairs. I was referred to AHNT by our realtor. They sent Zach out within 24 hours. He was thorough and so helpful! He identified the problem, showed me the parts needed and made the necessary repairs for a fraction of the quote I'd received from previous contractors. I did not feel at all mislead and I'm confident in their work. I highly recommend these guys! They're honest and know the profession.

Skilled and professional Technicians with solid customer service from the front office. Quickly responded to a service call and repaired incorrect/poor workmanship by another vendor that has been stringing our company along for the last year. It was peak summer in TX (in July 2018) when my tenants called me to say that 1 of the 2 A/C units in my town home 'froze' and wouldn't blow cold air. I was out of town so I authorized my tenants to contact any A/C repair company. They contacted Air Heat North TX and told me that they had a technician who was available immediately. Little did I know that the repair guy they sent was inexperienced. When a A/C unit 'freezes', the first thing to check is if the AC filter is clogged. But, this guy did all other tests in the name of 'diagnostics' before eventually saying that everything was fine and the AC froze because of a clogged filter. He replaced the filter and charged be $239 ($89 trip fee + 2 hrs labor @ $75 per hour). 3 weeks later, the same AC unit 'froze' again. My tenants called me and since Air Heat North TX had just repaired it, we decided to call them back again. We were told that there would be no charges for the visit. The same technician came again and he started performing the usual diagnostics again. All diagnostics tested OK and for the next 1.5 hours he was on the phone with a senior technician going over various things. I realized that the technician lacked experience beyond basic troubleshooting. After almost 2 hours and no where close to finding the issue, I asked him about the damper that was in use at the town home. It was only at this point that he realized a damper existed and I was now 100% sure that the technician lacked any experience. He left and a couple of days later the owner called my tenant to say that changing the damper was an option and would cost $600 but he wouldn't guarantee that the issue will be resolved. Since, the AC unit typically started working after the defrost and we had the other working unit, we decided not to change the damper motor. Amazing company!! Dean and his team are trying to change this industry in a positive way. We had no luck having a company drive to our home on a Saturday to give us an estimate and diagnose what was wrong with our heat till we found Air Heat North Texas. We decided to have our entire outdoor unit replaced with them. They were straight forward, kept us in the loop with what was going on and did not leave till the job was done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or equipment replacement. Also, they are Nest certified technicians which came in helpful.
My heater was not working, I called AHNT and my technician Garrett was very professional and on time! He brought me coffee on the morning of the install and the unit is functioning better then it was before. I would recommend this company, hands down to anyone. Very friendly and polite which is hard to find these days!
