I was able to get same day service. They had a coupon on their website for drain cleaning service which I used. Generally, I'd rent a machine myself from Home Depot and clean my lines out myself but the coupon made this deal even sweeter and I didn't have to do any work but pay. Cooper was the technician that came out and he didn't mind me watching what he was doing or mind me asking questions. I need to have additional repairs done and Cooper was not pushy at all about letting me know my options. I appreciated that about him.
I can go on and on about how good this company is! I had the pleasure of meeting their employee named Justice! He was so nice.when I didn't quite understand he explained it so well! Just an overall good person!! This company is the best!

The other day our air conditioner turned off in this TX heat. I reached out to few HVAC places with good reviews to have it diagnosed. A-Star was quick to respond. The technician was quick to figure the issue and fix it. Definitely recommend their services.

Had a small issue with our system and we were able to have a technician out within a couple of hours. While he was inspecting our area of concern he noticed an issue with a different component and verified we had warranty coverage and helped us to get that fixed as well. Always polite and professional.
Called to find and fix the leaking issues into my dryer. Didn't get any results. The main focus was just on a/c. He was thorough on the job as well as professional but couldn't solve my concerns.
