Circle Heat And Air Conditioning overhauled the ductwork in my house from top to bottom, including the unfinished crawl space below the ground floor. They also installed two attic fans to help cool the upstairs level in the summer. Dan and his team did a really terrific job, and the high quality of the duct repairs and installation is still apparent 1.5 years later: the whole house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter without large fluctuations between the different levels. When I recently requested a service call for a related heating issue, they arrived promptly and did not charge a diagnostic fee. I can't recommend Circle Heat And Air Conditioning highly enough!!!
Dan was on-time, super professional and knowledgeable. He spent considerable time explaining our options and helping to find a solution that was right for us and on budget. We will continue to use them in the future.
Circle Heat And Air Conditioning quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the valves and water tank right away. They explained the options clearly and took the time needed to do the job well.
Circle Heat And Air Conditioning have now been running perfectly for years. When they come out for routine maintenance they actually take the time to go through the entire units. I don't worry about waking up in the morning to a freezing house in the middle of winter.
I felt fortunate enough to find Circle Heat And Air Conditioning. My AC went out unexpectedly, and their repairmen were able to identify the issue quickly. They secured the part I needed after hours on a Friday and provided a reasonable cost. I never felt like they were taking advantage of my distress and even received respectful treatment as a woman. They are the only AC repair near me that I trust, and I will undoubtedly reach out to them first when the time comes to replace my unit.

If you are looking for a great HVAC company, these guys are the best. They were on time, polite, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how my furnace was working. I will be calling them again next time I need service or have any questions about my unit.
They were really good about it. I called them and they came out right away. They even told me that we were not going to need a new unit or anything like that, just want to make sure everything was working well and would recommend them again if we needed anything in the future. So I did as they suggested and now all is good with my heating and cooling system.
They were able to work with my schedule, were very friendly and efficient, and when I had to call back with a question, the office staff was helpful. They even sent a text message after the appointment asking for feedback!

Circle Heat And Air Conditioning is a fantastic company to work with. They showed up on time and even let me know when they were on their way. They put on their shoe covers and masks, so they didn't track dirt into the house. They communicated the issues with our heater along the way and were honest and did not try to push things we didn't need. 5 stars all the way.
Don't bother with these guys. Had furnace problems. Tech showed up promptly. $100 for him to drive out. Tech says he's gotta replace the whole furnace and it's gonna be $5k. He points at pipe putty on a joint and and tells me it's corrosion. Told him to leave. Got another HVAC company to come out and it was a bad gas valve. $450 to fix.
I called and asked how much it would be to have someone come out and check a room in my home that is always warmer than the others. The gentleman on the phone said $99 and I agreed. The technician was very nice. Then I get a call from someone at their office telling me my bill is $238. I asked why and they said it was labor and I let him know that I was not told there was an additional charge. When I asked how they came up with this amount he said that they don't charge by the hour just a flat $125 regardless of whether it takes 15 mins or 2 hours. If I hand known I would have gotten another quote. Then they gave me the quote for the work and it's $450 in parts and $1200 in labor, again, not by the hour just $1200 regardless of how long it takes them. This may be the norm but they should be upfront of the cost of the initial service call. I'm disappointed and won't be using them.
I have to admit that from the very beginning, the HVAC technician has impressed me much. Inquiring as to what we were looking for, he returned with a proposal and price. Engineers from his company arrived and quickly fitted the air conditioning system.
We hired Circle Heat And Air Conditioning to clean our tankless hot water system. Dan was on time, communicated well, checked the system and did what he said he would do. We got 2 other quotes and Circle Heat And Air Conditioning was far and away the best price. I highly recommend and will hire again.

My AC unit stopped right at the start of a heat spell, just like hundreds of others. Scott came to the house and had us up and running in no time. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed me how to maintain my unit to avoid problems in the future. He could not have been more professional.
