I had a AC issue at my house in Crowley. Fix It AC and heat were very professional. They set the right expectations about when their technician will visit. Upon knowing the problem the technician promptly informed me about he issue and fixed it to my satisfaction. The quality of work was good and charges were very reasonable.

Our heating system stopped working all of a sudden and we were expecting a cold front the following morning! They managed to get us a same day appointment! The heater is working great now and we aren’t freezing! This is a family owned business and both of the owners are absolutely amazing! Price was great! I’d use them again in a heartbeat
The heat wasn’t working. I googled local companies so I could hopefully get the issue resolved quickly. Called Fix-It A/C & Heat, they gave me a time frame the technician would come out. Max arrived, did his magic, and now we have heat. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency dealing with our AC going out and after dealing with a horrible Home Warranty company we decided to go with this company instead since they had great reviews. They came right on out the next day, and took his time figuring out what was wrong. Gave me a great explanation of what was wrong with the HVAC unit and actually showed me video of what he found. We had a new unit installed the very next day for a decent comparable price. Something the home warranty took almost a month to do this company did in 2 days! They definitely lived up to the great reviews online.
When ever I have issues with my AC, I call Max. He is very professional, prompt, and gets the job done. I used him over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience. His prices are fair and reasonable.
We had gotten an estimate to fix our a/c and we were told that we needed a whole new outside unit which was going to cost $3200 and it’d be a week before the unit came in. . We called Max and even though we live in Gainesville and his business is located in Crowley, he came out the next morning and looked at our unit. He said that we needed Freon and a new capacitor which was way less than buying a new unit. Our house was cool within a few hours. I highly recommend this company and we are so grateful to Max and his crew!
Max the owner saw my negative review and contacted me the next day. He came back to look at our unit and refunded our money from the negative experience we had previously. I really appreciate him just coming back to check on our unit, talking with us and apologizing for the service we previously received. He did not have to do this and he did. That is excellent customer service.
Had a lot of difficulty with my rental company trying to get my AC fixed, but Max came in clutch. He helped me out same day when I was scared that both my dogs' health were in danger. Thank you!
THIS MAN, MAX was totally incredible beyond measure and took care of our daughter's a/c in this 100 degree weather. He is honest, reliable, and he cared! A total God send in every way!
If you need AC work done, Max at Fix-It AC and Heat was straight with us, gave us several options at different price points and explained the pros and cons of each option without pressuring us in any direction. We decided it would be best to get a new system, but we thought it was considerate of him to offer us multiple options to accommodate our budget. He answered all the questions we had, and they installed both units quickly. The whole installation took about 4-5 hours. They gave us a very fair price for the work. We’ve had them do smaller repairs in the past, and Max has always been honest and fair in his pricing. Highly recommended!
