Ralph was very polite and worked hard to advise me of important things to do to maintain maximum performance of our system. He found and fixed a loose grounding wire and also replaced a deteriorating foam insulation on an outside pipe. I was thankful he had come. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Always great service. Never want to use anyone else. Everyone that’s been to our house is professional and friendly. I had David and George both come out to work on a major plumbing issue. They went above and beyond to do everything they could to fix the issue, professional, respectful and friendly. We’ve been using Northeast for 17yrs and will never use anyone else. Give them a call for all your plumbing and AC needs. They’ve replaced my AC as well, same great service. Office staff is just as good.
I had a water leak in my front yard by my garage, i sent an email to NE ac/heating/plumbing. They were very prompt in getting here, David came out and located the leak in one of my pipes, and fixed it perfectly. Very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend them for any type of work. They also came out and installed a PRV and a new shut off valve. Awesome work and very professional.

I've used NE H And AC for almost 30 years and have found then to be not only affordable but also very honest and dependable. I recently had my AC unit replace. The old unit was almost 30 years old. Coincidentally, it was installed by them! I would highly reccomended NE H and AC for you AC service, repair or replacement.

They scheduled us very promptly; supplied requested information; and three days after the water heater died, we had a new one (up to code!) in place.
