Caleb and TruService installed a new system in my home. It was done on time and on budget; it's hard to ask for more! He described changes that should be made. We incorporated those changes, and he was right! In addition to the new unit in my home, TruService has installed two new units at our church and does all our maintenance. I will use him again and recommend TruService to everyone. Call them!
Caleb at TruService has been a lifesaver for my family every single time we have had an issue with our AC, from small to completely redoing our entire system. We will NEVER go with anyone else. Caleb is trustworthy, honest, incredibly thorough, very very reasonable with his costs, and 100% reliable. One call and he is either on his way or making a plan on how to fit you in as quick as possible. We are so grateful we tried him out four years ago, and we will never try anyone else. Caleb and his team at Tru Service Air is AMAZING! We came home and our AC wasn’t running. It was after business hours but with a small text he got right back to me and sent someone out to save the day! They are the ONLy AC service we will use!
Caleb Truax is a rarity! He is a man with a heart of service and a soul of integrity. Not only did he diagnose and repair our A/C problems, but he performed other necessary technical fixes and advised us on how to prevent issues in the future. Great work done on our a/c system by Tru Service! They were quick to make sure we were taken care of when our compressor went out and we couldn’t have been happier with the service.
Great service and very professional and showed a great deal of knowledge. Repaired my 16 year old AC when I thought it was done for. When it is time for a new AC unit I will use Tru Service.
