Mark and his team and nothing less but excellent at diagnosing, fixing or replacing anything and everything that can go wrong with your Rinnai Tankless water heater. Honest, fast, reliable company. I am lucky to have them work on my units.
I had a tankless water heater that needed to be plumbed to the farthest point of my house for hot water and some dip switches on the tankless to be set. The water I was getting took 2 minutes to get warm. Mark, the owner, was very kind and explained what he was going to do. Two hours later I was getting warm water and even hot water after running the kitchen faucet for about ten seconds. Cascade even went the extra mile and insulated some additional pipes below the tankless and cleaned it up. I am very happy with the service as well as the results. It cost what the estimate said it would cost. Job well done!!!! I am a happy camper now after being 2 years with no kitchen sink hot water. Thanks Mark and Cascade plumbing! Bruce K.
I had them come twice for different repairs: once to install a new water heater and the other time to repair de-pressurizer. For both repairs, their jobs were "clean". I am very happy with their professional work. I highly recommend them for their workmanship. Price was reasonable, too.

Mark and Bill were terrific. They arrived on time with a same day request. They were thorough and patient with me as they diagnosed the issues with my tankless water heater. I would reccomend them any time. If you are having water heater issues, these folks should always be your 1st call.

Mark and his staff provided excellent service when one of our Rinnai water heaters quit working. They responded right away and we’re able to diagnose the problem quickly! Mark keeps many Rinnai parts in stock so there was little down time, which was a huge help! We were very pleased with the service we received- Cascade Plumbing get 5 stars from us!
Outstanding service. Polite. Diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater, gave us options and recommended the most cost effective repair. Provided a work around so we could get hot water to this part of the house from one of our other water heaters until parts came in (our tankless heaters are 13 years old and not in production any more). We have had a hard time finding a plumber that was reliable and punctual. We tried for a week getting another company out here for this particular issue. All we were doing was waiting and getting excuses. Then we came across Cascade. I would definitely recommend Cascade Plumbing...... I know as long as they’re around, we won’t be using any other plumbers!
Mark and crew are the ones to go to for Rinnai service in town. He tries to keep the most common parts in stock and is quick to come out. Has worked on both of my 15+ yo units and gotten them back up quickly.
Cascade Plumbing was recommend via a friend, and I am so happy I listened to her! Recently my tankless water heater stopped working correctly by no longer heating our water. I called and spoke with Mark, who was very polite and provided me with possible causes of the malfunction. Him and his assistance was at my house later that same day, diagnosing the sick unit. After looking at the unit Mark was very up front about what was needed to fix my tankless water and the cost to fix it. He gave me several options which I much appreciated. I chose to have the unit fixed and it was immediately taken care of by Mark. I cannot say enough praise about Cascade Plumbing; polite, courteous, professional, were prepared, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly were straightforward about cost. I will use them again in the future.
