Jason installed my heat pump in 2019. I had my first service call today. He diagnosed a stuck damper and helped me make the adjustment quickly and got me back working again quickly. These guys know quality and know how to troubleshoot a problem. They are not just parts swappers. Excellent team to work with. Highly recommend Robinson!

Jason is heaven sent. I would never trust any other technician. He is very honest. He went out of his way to look at our AC because it keeps breaking and none of the other AC/heating company seem to “fix” it. Jason found the root cause of the faulty AC that other AC/heating companies could not figure out and kept charging us for each of their trip. Jason did not even charge us a single sent….not like all the other companies …What had happened was AC broke down about 6 months into property purchase. Property manager (pm) sent BCS Air solutions. BCS Air solutions worked on AC. One month later, AC broke down again, pm sent same company and did “repair.” After another month, AC broke down again. Same company did “repair.” Guess What? AC broke down again after 2 months. this time pm sent another company and said It’s the blower motor. i went ahead and called Malek per FB group recommendation to take a look. First technician from Malek said everything is working. One week after, AC broke again. Malek sent another technician. This time he said It’s the wire and got it fixed. Jason went right after him and Jason figured out What was causing all the issues. The root cause that none of the other technician figured out. It is hard to find an honest person specially on the AC/heating and plumbing Service and Jason is a rare find. Definitely a keeper!!!

This company is amazing. I’ve used them the past three years when my AC has broken during the summer. This year I couldn’t remember the name of this company so I called a different one and they were awful. They did not make the correct repair and I had to spend the night with my AC out. When I remembered the name of this incredible company I called and Jason came immediately. He made the repair so quickly and was extremely nice and professional. I will NEVER use a different company again!
