I highly recommend this company, they went above and beyond this morning. We had water damage which we found out was caused by the unit being installed incorrectly, our home is only 2yrs old and they were not the company that originally installed the unit. Adam Dow was more than thorough and documented and explained everything. He took his time and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Please call them for any questions regarding your unit because I will be going forward.
Called in the morning and had an appointment same day in the afternoon. Adam was professional, courteous, and quick at identifying the problems with my A/C unit, he quickly fixed the issue and went above and beyond with making sure my system was up and running, price was great, service was great will definitely use y’all again. 5/5 I highly recommend if you have issues with your A/C.

Morgan Air Conditioning Truly stands out above many other companies with real customer service. They were able to repair my Problem child Lennox under the parts warranty even though not an (authorized Lennox dealer) and had my unit running better than it has for years. When my unit does go out I will be changing brands to Carrier or Bryant and I will definitely be sticking with Morgan Air Conditioning and Reclamation. They stand behind their work to make it right.

When my AC failed Morgan Air Conditioning was quick to come out and diagnose the problem. I was given two options for repair ,both were reasonably priced. Due to the age of my system I opted for complete replacement. They brought out portable AC units to cool my house while we waited for shipping of the new unit. The new unit was arrived and was installed on the day they told me it would be installed. The installers were friendly, neat, and communicative. Overall the whole experience was fast, easy, and painless. I definitely recommend these guys for your AC needs.
They are responsive to calls for service. They do quality work, always. I have several rental properties and I use Morgan Air Conditioning for all. I'm very happy with them.
Unfortunately I cannot give these guys 5 stars. I had my coil replaced with this business. The guys came in on time and did a quick job. However, the job was sloppy so 2 days later, water started to leak through my living room ceiling. Then they "forgot" to add a new drain pan with the installation. Not to mention the poor taping job they did. I needed to go back to the attic and retape and putty myself.
Very personal and professional service. Educated us on what was wrong and what needed to be done.

Morgan has been our AC service company since we bought our house. They are always on time and provide great service. They explain everything and provide solutions. We had our system cleaned and they were very thorough in the whole process.

Morgan A/C was quick to respond and get a new A/C unit installed when mine went out suddenly. They had a unit and were able to install it within the next 1-2 days. Their guys showed up promptly at 7am and started right away. It took all day but the new unit was installed and hooked up, while we were at work. When we got home we checked and they left no mess, everything was picked up and cleaned. We thought at first they lowered the temperature to some ungodly cold, but it was at 80 degrees. We never had a cool house, so it was new to us., like walking into a freezer. We were very appreciative and loved their service. The unit was not expensive, brand new, and affordable for a last minute/sudden repair.
Wonderful employees. All polite, kind and very helpful. Never had to wait very long for service. Came as soon as possible. Highly recommended. A local company.
