Jones air conditioning and heating does a great job. They are very thorough, very quick and very reasonably priced. We have been very happy using them for our heating and air conditioning needs.
Just had Clint and his team out. My ac was not blowing cold air. It is 20 years old. He did not try to sell me on a new unit. He just fixed a small burned wire. I have used them for around 2-3 years and have been very satisfied with them. Clint is a straight shooter. Would definitely recommend.

We used Jone's A/C to overhaul our 40 year old propaned furnace and A/C. I got quotes from at least 5 places. Jone's did the best job of explaining my options and walking me through everything. Communication was great and installation was on time and professional. We've had the system up and running for about 8 months now with zero hiccups. I don't think it is possible to have a better experience than we had. Thanks!

These came out within 1 hour of calling first thing Monday morning & were done within 1hour. They explained everything they did, even while he was doing it. He also gave us some tips & pointers to look out for & do in the upcoming hot summer months to keep the ac running good. The price was very fair too, less than what I expected. Awesome service work & customer service, will definitely be keeping in mind for any future repair work that may be needed.
License plate AM48121 you need to learn to drive, its raining flooding at that and you decide to try to pass me up on a merging lane on welborn and almost hit me before u realized u couldn't make it then cut me off. And no you weren't going the speed limit!!!! Bad rep for a company
We had them come out to inspect another company's work due to some issues. The technician was on time, professional, and did a great job. They were also very well priced. Out of all the potential shady companies they were honest and someone we will call in the future.
Fast and honest
I have used Jones A/C for heating and air conditioning repairs and inspection. I have always had a great experience with their technicians in both repairing and giving me fair warning on things I might want to address before they become big problems. I recommend them for your HVAC needs.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND JONES A/C as he couldn't even be polite on a 2 minute phone call...Tried explaining my problem to the guy and he tells me it's not his problem and he will get to it when he gets to it. Uhh....No you will not be doing any work for me...
Came in and inspected the ac. Cut many holes in all the ducting and just left them. Took me hours to patch and I paid for the inspection.
