Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Had a new evaporator coil installed and had it up and running extremely fast. All the workers were so polite and nice. David came by to check to make sure everything was working properly. Will definitely be my go to guy next time I have a/c problems. Stayed in touch and arrived when they said they would.
David responded quickly to my text and was able to inspect A/C the next day. He diagnosed the condition and provided us with options. Per our request, he installed a replacement unit the following day. David got the job done despite the 100 degree heat and for the quoted price.
We work these guys pretty regularly as our systems are old. Always take good care of us and keep us cool.

David was prompt (arrived within about 30 minutes of calling) when my a/c stopped blowing cold. He had the parts within a few days. I was able to get a great value on a replacement system. His crew cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.
Ac went down and after testing a few of the ususal components (to now avail) it was time to call the professionals. Thier service call showed an evaporator coil leak and coolant was out completely. Happened a few months after warranty period. Luckily these guys installed a new one sized perfectly for our home and installed a UV light to keep the new coil clean. System cools great 👍. Really appreciate thier service and professionalism! Highly recommended.

Prices were reasonable. David arrived exactly when he said he would be here (down to the minute, that was a first for me) and was extremely informative. It may be hot outside, but it’s now nice and cool inside. I will definitely be using Grimes and Galan for all my future HVAC needs.
They were able to come out on the same day I started having issues. They found that the issue was a damaged wire and didn’t rack up a huge bill unnecessarily replacing parts. Grimes and Galen will be my go-to from now on.

My air conditioner stopped working. David came out the same day and gave an estimate. Although the part would not be in for a week, David managed to get the part within a day. During the wait he provided me with a portable unit so I felt comfortable in my home. He spent 5 hours in the attic making the repair. I would recommend his service to anyone needing an A.C. repair.
