Appointment time strict, wouldn’t let me deliver early even though I was already in the dock with my doors open.
I have hauled products to this business several times from icp Lewisburg tn which is ac and condenser units the warehouse guy that unloads is probably one of the rudest guys I've dealt with don't matter if you have a few pieces or half a load it will take 2 to 3 hours to unload.poor management at this location.
Rheem quality products
Won't sell to general public. Go somewhere else or order over the internet. Sucks if your AC is down. Oh well, it's their business.
Chooses not to sell legal parts to private individuals. Instead they wish to have locals pay 500% markup for a $100 part through other "service providers".
