The people in the office were very friendly and helpful. The technician, Justin, was extremely friendly and explained everything he did and why. He seemed to really love what he does!
A technician was able to come out same day which is awesome! He was also able to fix the issue same day since it was something simple. So thankful for my AC to be working again!
Initial visit to set up yearly maintenance program. On time and professional. Detected and explained an issue I had with AC system that will be addressed.
This is easily the easiest review I have ever done. First of all, Matthew Hill, my technician, was top notch. His professionalism, efficiency, and competence are exemplary. He diagnosed, evaluated, and completed the repair work on my AC in 20 minutes. ( That includes 5 minute drive time to home.) This all happened on the 4th of July weekend. I am very pleased with company. They have made me a customer for life and will be servicing all of my properties. I would strongly recommend giving Barker and opportunity to earn your business.
Josh Rogers just repaired one of our units. He was polite, efficient, and got the unit running again. Can't ask for more than that.

Called Barkers Sunday afternoon around 3pm for an AC that was not blowing cold. They were at the house with a diagnosis within 2 hours. Turns out the old AC had seen its last day. They were able to put a new unit in the very next morning. It was a big expense, but the bill was exactly what they stated. Not a cent more. I value companies doing what they say, when they say they are going to do it, at the price they quote. Barkers did all of these things. I will continue to use them, and would recommend them to others.
Jared is awesome! And, no matter what, we are always well taken care of. Every aspect of Barker’s is worth it. Fair pricing, great people, quality work, timely… I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.
I am really happy that I contacted these people. Brayden came, did an assessment of the condition of my equipment, and then gave me options for how to proceed. We decided to replace the system. From the system they proposed I could already tell that they were doing the right thing. The previous system was too small, which I attribute to that contractor wanting to get the job, and though I questioned him, he assured me it would be fine. Well, that old system was nothing but trouble. Caleb came today first thing in the morning as promised. He and the other people in his team completed the job in a very professional manner. They protected my carpet upstairs with drop cloths, and cleaned things up as they went. At the end, he made sure to answer any questions that I might have. The system is cooling the house very quickly. I am really happy with their work, and I am glad to know that they will continue to help me with this unit as needed.
Miguel is awesome! He is very understanding and explains everything to the point. He is always on time and gets the job done right. Would totally recommend Barker's Heating & Cooling they make you feel like family.

Our AC went out and I called Barker’s due to their high recommendations from people all over Bryan. They came out in 3 hours & were even a few minutes early on our appointment time. Our repairman was Justin & he fixed it for us in a short amount of time for a great price. The folks here at Barkers are wonderful, kind and professional. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Justin was phenomenal! He was kind and polite. He communicated the issues with us well and was straight forward with out being sales pitch-y. And he has a great work ethic!
Cody arrived on time for the appointment and explained what he was here for. I received a text message and a phone call from Cody 5 to 10 minutes prior to the visit to alert me about their upcoming visit. He handled my inquiries with professionalism and investigated one of the A/C problems I reported to him and fixed it in a timely manner. I’m happy to be a Barker’s customer and will continue to use them for all my future AC and heating needs!
We have had many problems over the years with our AC. Justin showed up not just to replace a part and see if that fixed it but to find the root of the problem. He spent the time and research finding what others have missed for years. He is a true professional that I will request be sent out to our home for all future repairs.
