Landlords beware ! These guys Butchered my house. Caused a massive leak resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage. Aggieland refused to accept responsibility and then overcharged me for the repair which had to be redone by another company anyway. Calling Aggieland was the worst decision I’ve ever made as a landlord.

We had an excellent experience with Aggieland Climate Control. Over a year ago, our A/C stopped working in the heat of the summer. On a friend's recommendation, we contacted them, and they sent out a repairman. He got it working again, and didn't charge us for the minor repair. Then, this summer (2022), our poor old A/C just couldn't do it anymore, so we pulled the trigger on replacing the unit. They were very professional, got it all done in a couple of days. It didn't go perfectly, but they handled all the snafus quickly and thoroughly. Also, after a few days, our new A/C stopped cooling the air. I called, and they had someone out within 30 minutes. The A/C was working again by the time he got there, but he checked it out, and even when he couldn't find a problem, he didn't act like I was crazy or making a big deal out of nothing. Also, they filled out and submitted the registration for the A/C company in order to get us an extended warranty and filled out the application for the rebate from College Station utilities. I just had to print it out and mail it in. Highly recommend this company!!

Friday night, I realized my air conditioner was not cooling. The dogs and I did okay through the night with just fans, but then we found ourselves facing hot temperatures on a Saturday, with heat index topping 107F. I contacted Aggieland Climate Control about my situation, and was fit in to their already slammed emergency schedule. The owner, Jose Rodriguez, was aware that the dogs were also suffering. Trying to find a cool place to take 2 Great Danes would be a trial for me. Mr. Rodriguez made sure to work us into the schedule today, fixed the problem, and we have cool air and happy safe puppies! Thank you Aggieland Climate Control!!!

I discovered Aggieland Climate Control when I was purchasing my first home and needed an HVAC inspection. I've kept them on speed dial ever since. If you're reading this, you need to know one thing: this company is the REAL DEAL. They are the friend you want to have in the business. They treat you like family - if the problem can be repaired, they will repair it without trying to force you to buy a new unit. So many companies these days will try everything in the book to sell new equipment to you when a simple repair will do. ACC is not one of those companies. Did you know their technicians have engineering degrees? They're as qualified as you can get! I cannot recommend Aggieland Climate Control enough. Give them a call and you'll find out why.

Drager came out and installed our new A/C. There was a noise problem that wasn't his fault, but he came back and made sure that everything was perfect. He went way above and beyond! We had our other A/C replaced six months ago and we were nowhere near as pleased with the service.

Aggieland Climate Control were very quick to make it out to my house the morning I called which was wonderful. HOWEVER, once Keith H had told me he finished the work and left I went to turn on my newly repaired A/C and it didn't even work. No point in paying money if it isn't going to work. I messaged the contractor shortly afterwards and have yet to receive a response. Edit: Bumping up to two stars. Finally received a response from the contractor. I will need to replace the entire condenser now after paying for repairs. Edit 2: Aggieland Climate Control offered to take another look at my A/C and see if they could fix it. They confirmed with me that they could fix it after ordering some parts. Once the parts came in (to be fair it was pretty quick) Keith worked diligently to fix everything. After a good while he said it was all fixed and good to go. My cost was now at $1000 total so far. He left and I turned on my A/C and its STILL not working.
