Action Plus worked with us and our home warranty company. There was a 14 day delay because of the home warranty company, but Action Plus called and checked on the progress and as soon as they had the information and equipment approval, they scheduled us immediately! Great people, very kind and understanding! Special thanks to Rodney for the replacement recommendation and installation in this hot Texas heat!
