Thankfully we didn’t need to replace our system... on the hottest day of the year 110°, which must be one of their busiest days of the season, Doug took our call, came by that same day, diagnosed, explained, and repaired our problem in very quick time. Doug Caldwell and AC/Electric came out after hours to check on my dying ac system. It wasn’t worth the cost to save a 1994 system. He installed a window unit that I had to keep one room cool until the new unit could be installed. Always does great work and gives you options! Highly recommend using him in Wise County.
