Custom Climates is amazing. They did an excellent job servicing my AC systems. A big thank you to Naomi, Steven and Austin. They have AC experts that provide an amazing value for service provided. I appreciate that they have flexible scheduling and quick response and make it easy to setup an appointment. Thanks to Steven for explaining all of the service he did for my AC systems.

This company is fantastic! I sent a text this morning, responded within an hour. Technicians arrived not long after, it’s noon and my air conditioner is fixed and running. Service technicians were so nice and professional! The Best!!!!!!
This is an excellent company, they did everything they said they would and did it very well. Reasonable pricing, the installers were professional and polite. Highly recommend using them if you need any AC work for this summer coming up.

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. I WENT 3 DAYS WITHOUT AIR CO. B/C MINE WAS MALFUNCTIONING. MY HOUSE GOT UP TO 87 DEGREES ON TUES OF THIS WEEK DURING THIS HORRID HEAT SPELL. A NEIGHBOR REFERRED YOUR CO. TO ME. I WAS WAITING ON ANOTHER CO. TO CALL ME. My SITUATION WAS AN EMERGENCY. HOWEVER, THE OTHER CO. I CALLED HAD ME WAIT 3 DAYS. I GLEEFULLY, CALLED THE OTHER CO. AND BID THEM FAREWELL.
Fast and friendly. In Texas heat you're just desperate to get your AC up and running within 24 hours and they did! What more could you ask for and yes I would use them again.
Costom climate was fast, professional quality has yet to be seen. If it last then it is good quality, if it doesn't then it's bad quality. it's only been 10 minutes since they finished.

Brandon and his team at Custom Climates did a great job on the design and installation of the HVAC system for our custom home. As with most custom built spray foam homes, the system needed a few tweaks once we moved in. For example, we decided to install a whole home humidifier to address some low humidity issues while heating. The Custom Climates team had to "replumb" the system to account for the humidifier but didn't charge us for that additional labor. Brandon and his team always responded promptly to our texts and worked with us to make the needed adjustments to get our system just right. Our Trane HVAC system is unbelievably quiet and working great.
I've used this company multiple times and they have never let me down. Very personable and most importantly fix my AC. They were even able to get me an AC when mine went out, well a used one, but newer than my old one, and one I could afford at that! I would highly recommend them!

We had another company look at our system and diagnose it as a bad HVAC board...which we were told was on backorder. 10 weeks later, still nothing. So we called Custom Climates and they were out the same week. Within 15 minutes of being on site, they determined the problem, the fix and had it all wrapped up after 45 minutes. 10 weeks of no A/C solved in 45 minutes is amazing. We are so thankful for their work and quality and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs or maintenance in the Prosper/Celina area.
