AirMax installed my HVAC system so I've used them now for several years and they continue to do an excellent job. Their scheduling is convenient, they arrive as promised keeping me informed of the arrival status of the technician. The Technician keeps me apprised of what's going on with the repair or the maintenance. Matthew did a great job today. AirMax has kept my system maintained so I haven't had many problems since it was installed. I've never been disappointed in their work.

Tech tried to push sales for repairs not needed and did not address what was wrong with the unit. Left without doing anything after I refused to pay for what he said needed fixed that didn’t.

The technician is always very specific about what he finds or even if he doesn’t find anything and they give me An estimate right when they’re there.
We use AirMax for regular maintenance through their maintenance program. This time we had our AC stop working after a major storm had our power out for 2 days followed by 2 days of heat advisories. I hesitated to call on a weekend for a service call, but got a return call a lot sooner than I expected and a resolution to my AC issues very promptly! Thank you AirMax, and Scott! Stay cool!

I was matched with Airmax through American Home Shield our tech showed up on time and was very professional and explained the issues with the system and how they could be fixed. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the tech left the workspaces how they were when he arrived. Thank you so much for the quick work and a cooler house.
